I had an amazing experience at Infiniti, thanks to Megan and Carla! Even though there was a bit of a wait, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly exceptional. Megan and Carla made the whole process so much easier and left me feeling valued and appreciated. Absolutely, Matt is always great to work with. He’s probably the only reason why I would consider getting another Infiniti. I know that if I come to him with any issues I will always be taken care of!

Brought my 2022 QX60 to check why my AC wasn't working after them "fixing" it 6 months before. After I informed the service rep I would be waiting she gave me every worst case scenario why I shouldn't and basically refused to even have them look at the car. She was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I emailed the service department but never back from them. Terrible customer service. Will not be returning

I walked in on short notice with my FX35 and was dealt with an advisor named Matt, the experience was so easy and smooth as he was very welcoming and helpful. The dealership truly treats you as family its as if i knew these guys for a long time. Definitely recommend this dealership to service your infiniti. The technician had the same name as me and he was very honest on his MPi the team is there to help not to rob you

They don’t have all the parts in stock. In some cases customers have to wait.

Just spoke to the parts department for the 2 transmission coolant hoses, and I was told it would cost $300 for both, I told him the infiniti website sells it for $47 each. He said that was their prices. I don't mind paying more for the convenience but not 3X the price.
