Dropped my car to the body shop. Absurd rude staff, nobody even bothered to go over what repairs has been done. Found paint supplies inside cabin after picking up. Stay away from them.

These stars are for crystal. What a great asset to the company. I came in twice to be rudely treated and the service center wasn’t prepared. Crystal actually called me a few days after my appointment and promised to make things right after hearing my story, and she did. Thank you. She personally turned my terrible 2 experiences around. I wasn’t going to write a bad review but I’m happy to write a good one. Thank you Crystal. Really.

I bought my Altima in for some service and Atnan was a pleasure to work with! He was courteous, communicative, pleasant and informative! The other staff there weren’t as friendly though.

Nissan is a great car, but this service is not. They told me that I need to replace the brake discs because there is a crack on them, but it’s good that I am a mechanic myself. After asking to show it to me, they said that this is just a recommendation because there is a small wear on the disc. They are just milking money.

First time at Kings Nissan. This place is located behind an overpass and hard enough to find. The entrance has moved further down the block and Google maps now shows the wrong location (I guess no one bothered to update it). I made an "appointment" for an oil change + tire rotation and arrived about 10 minutes early. I pulled into the drive and was approached by a man who began filling out forms and taking pictures. No "hello". No greeting. This was straight to business. I was led to an empty office and told to "wait here". My service writer, Nelson, shows up about 10 minutes later. I explained that I had an appointment for an oil change and planned to spend an hour or so in the waiting area. Nelson says to me "Oh, its a drop-off appointment. There are 5 or 6 cars ahead of you. It will be several hours". A what? "drop off" appointment? I guess that's like where you stack customers to keep your techs working back to back. Great for business. Lousy if you're the guy who owns the car! Up to now I always had my vehicle serviced at Hudson Nissan (Bayonne, NJ). I never needed an "appointment" for routine maintenance, much less any "drop off". Steven Ossenkopp, the service manager at Hudson Nissan is personally involved ensuring every customer is treated right. I guess I just thought that every Nissan service center would have that very same attitude. Boy was I wrong! Some 3 hours later I get a text letting me know my vehicle is ready. I Uber back to the dealership and not knowing where to go, I approach the cashier and tell her I'm here to pick up my car. Incidentally Nelson was there and quickly grabbed my paperwork. He tells me the technician found issues with my brakes and that I'd "get a text" with a quote. Uhh I thought to myself.. Is this your first week as a service writer? At Hudson Nissan I would have gotten a PHONE CALL from a service writer while my vehicle was STILL IN THE BAY so that I could make a decision about any additional work BEFORE you hand me back my keys! When I asked the cashier if the service manager was available to talk about my experience, she shrugged and just said "no". Not "let me check". No "hang on, I'll try calling". Just "no". So here's the bottom line folks: I didn't save myself any money or hassle by going to Kings Nissan, except that now I know I won't be coming back here. This place feels like a train station. Everyone here is "just passing through". No one takes ownership of YOUR business there. No one is proactive. No one cares! I'll be taking my vehicle back to Hudson Nissan for any required work and will happily spend the day and pay the tolls because at Hudson Nissan I KNOW I'll be getting quality service, outstanding leadership and a staff with an actual work ethic. TLDR: Kings Nissan is a no-repeat experience.

Very bad, they just wanna charge customer even if your car has a factory warranty, they didn’t wanna listen.

2023 Nissan pathfinder, car is less than a year old, the ac stopped working, Waited 4 hours to be told I caused compressor damage. Extremely rude associate that handled the phone calls, they could care less that about the resolution. I explained the situation and said it can be caused by a defect and they absolutely refused to listed to it. there is no reason I couldve caused the damage, they blamed it on possible rock damage, it couldve been caused by the mechanic taking 4 hours to diagnose the issue. They refused to cover the repair under manufacture coverage. Beyond disappointed in this experience.

Worst service you can ever get. I feel like because I'm a women I was being up sold on so many things . One was that my truck barely has 20,000 miles on it and they said my brakes are in Critical status . How when most brakes needed to be changed in 30,000 or more miles . And then they are trying to charge me for an air cap on my tires that won't come off and the only time it has been taken off and put on is by there hands when I get my tires rotated by this dealership. So if it won't come off now it's be ours workers that put it on to tight or crossed the threads . But they want to charge me almost $200 to fix it . This is insane . Then my truck drives straight and they are telling me I need a $150 alignment. My brother is a certified Nissan mechanic in NJ and thinks this is just terrible. And is really upset at the level of up sale service that is borderline a scam .

Car maintenance took just over an hour... yep that's all was needed to INCORRECTLY performe tire rotation and mess up software. For God’s sake, how hard is it to do the job correctly?? It’s not a rocket science and good luck scheduling another appt. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
