I had a front end alignment done and car still was pulling to the right. Took it back and they drove the car but they only play with your time because they don't know how to fix it. Not recommended.

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. You just have to pay a little bit of attention to the other bad reviews for this place. They are all true, rude staff/managament and no customer service skills. Glad I decided to go somewhere else after I called them...

Called at 6:38 pm and told them I was two mins away but the guy on the phone turned me away because they were about to close… only needed on tire changed. Can’t beg people to take your money so on to the next….

Do not bring your car here!!! Owner destroyed my front bumper while putting the car on the lift. He tried to blame me for the car being lowered. He refused to pay or give me a receipt for the services until I called the police. Once the police arrived he finally gave me a receipt, but did not pay for the damages. Even the officer said this was shady practices. Don’t risk having them work on your car even if it’s the last place on the planet!

I pulled up asking to check my back tire on the drivers side because it kept locking up on me while being out with my two children in the car with me. He saw that I had Illinois plates and waved me off. Didn’t ask any questions or anything. I have been living in Orlando for four years now and I guess he thought I just moved here. They sent me across the street and he was very professional and he will be getting my 2000 dollars. I pray nothing, but bad service on this place. Bad customer service. I see why I always see a crackhead holding a sign. I hope this place doesn’t get any good business this year. Light a candle and use the business name.

Do not get tires from here !!! They purposely put a nail in my friends tire and told her they weren't going to fix it! This place is unprofessional! The audacity these people have! 0/10 would never recommend.

Dey do good work here but thi k about coming here. I took my car in for balancing alignment and 2 new tires i get the job done well but my rims were scratched and SAMMY didnt want to pay to have them repaired. So now ima go after the shop or the guy that damaged my rims with either a lawyer or cops. Im maki g calls now to see which route to go all i want is my rims repaired. I will go get me a lawyer and go after ne1 responsible. I use to like dis place but i dont know no more. Ima be looking for another place to goto so God forbid ne having to use this place again

They are a good help for the community, I take my neighbors car's to them to check my tires. Make sure they are safe.

This place wasted 2hrs of my time. And they weren’t able to do a simple alignment on my truck. After 2hrs he said can I just give you your money back because we are very busy. Come here at your own risk!!

Why the low rating, simple: #1 rude manager / owner / senior staff #2 judgemental #3 seems to not like exotic cars that com for service #4 questions you why you want a service performed on your vehicle #5 dismissive with business customer service requests #6 he then berated the customers with his staff in order to make them feel inferior to his GED employees working for minimum wage. Conclusion: amazing he has lights, open door and / or even in business ... Avoid this place like as your vehicle is better of being set on fire 🔥 by yourself than wait for their poor quality of customer support or business and possibly have paid for service of potentially lackluster workmanship or pride that should be the staple of any business in 2023 & beyond. Do not bring a car that looks like it has any value to them.
