If your business its supposed to closed at 6pm, nake sure you have staff ready to be there til 6pm. I had an emergency and needed. Tired, came here and because it was 10 minutes before 6 pm, they didnt want to do the service. Close your shop if you can't do business or update your business hours. It doesnt matter if businessits slow or busy, you should be ready to do service from opening to closing time. I dont recommend this place at all!! You can clearly see they say they were open still but didnt want to do service!

They repaired my tire on a Sunday evening. The whole thing took not even 10 minutes. Nice and professional.... we were able to continue our evening plans after all. Very grateful for your service!

I went there with a spare tire and needed a new tired, the person gave me the price snd asked for tip which I agreed to it and ask him, please attach the spare tire again at the bottom of the car where it goes. He then lie to me saying that he couldn’t do it because it was missing pieces for the tire to be attached!! A LIE!!! Im not stupid! He just wouldn’t do it!! The are no missing pieces and I know it might be difficult to put back in place but I paid for the tire, the service plus the tip he asked for!!! The least you can do is attach the spare tire where it belongs!! Without shame he asked for tip! I just ask for him to complete the paid service I requested!!! In a continuation of your reply; Everyone seem to be doing business on their own! Your employee didn’t offer to call you (the manager) to give me additional pricing on the service I requested!! And thanks for clarifying that is against policy to request a tip. Now I know and will be able to call the manager on duty if the employee ask for a tip in the pricing of the tire! And to clarify as well! I don’t mind giving a tip once the service is provided!! With any additional and approved pricing.

Never come to this place again, this manager Abdullah treated me with racism ,he call me Niger and I’m a respectful woman, he doesn’t care about customers at all , I have to get my car aligned to other place and pay again , even the brand new tires that they sell me are bad , beware of this place!

The manager is friendly. They have good prices for used or new tires. They have a mechanic on site as well, honest and affordable work. Highly recommend. Edited: I came here again after having a bad experience with Valvoline. Had my oil changed in less than 30 minutes, affordable and most important HONEST mechanics. Will use this business for my oil changes rather than big franchises that mess up your car.

Amazing spot with great used tires almost brand new, Abdullah the manger was super awesome and helpful and the worker Toto was super fast at chancing my tire, will definitely recommend this spot for all people in the neighborhood!

I was sold a flat tire. I went back 2 days later because the tire was already flat, and they wouldn’t accept it. I had to buy a new one. I don’t recommend it to anyone."

Always had a great customer experience at this business, hard working staff based on my observations. The manager is friendly and courteous, the mechanic on site is hard working and knows his job. Great prices on new and used tires, I also got a lot of work done there and would recommend their services to everyone.

Me and my family were loyal customers to this business for about six years, last year I went to get a used tire from them as usual, and noticed all of my lug nuts were stripped, had to go to AutoZone and replace each lug nut in total it was about $50 for all of them to be replaced. So you can imagine the frustration when I had to replace all of my lugnuts. fast forward to this year, Being that I’ve been going to this place for over five years, I decided to give them another chance. Came back to get another tire replaced, and once everything was done, I noticed that one of my Lugnuts were stripped again… at this point, I already paid for the service. When I asked if there was something Could be done for the MAJOR inconvenience one of the workers there not sure if it was the owner of the shop or who he was .. started going off being extremely rude and unprofessional yelling, causing a scene saying that it wasn’t his fault. When asking if I could get a $10 discount I in no way blamed this man. After not being able to get a word in after being harassed and screamed at.. I decided to walk off and leave. Long story short.. this place lost a loyal returning costumer of over 6 years off of $10 from a problem they caused twice.. please if you read this far .. save you time and money and don’t go to this hoodrat place.

The manager was so nice to me. They closed at 8pm and my tire popped getting off work at 7:45 and they were the only ones opened. I made it at 8:00 on the dot with my tire on the rim and they still found me a replacement tire and helped me out. I am so grateful to them, go here if you want good tires and good service! You won’t regret it

This place is bad for the pine hills community I went to this shop to get my tire CHECKED OUT and they told me it was going to be $90 to get it check out and said the owner said to charge that amount and they had a bad attitude I would advise people of the pine hills community to go to other tire shops nearby kings tire shop is not the right shop to go to get your tire checked out I'm warning you before you get messed over like I did

They took care of me! After having a crazy day trying to get new wheel studs put in, everyone in the shop was very nice and took care of the studs. The manager and the mechanic worked hard to make sure I had all the parts and information I needed. The manager went on two trips to stores to get parts and then offered me a discount on a brand new tire. They did great, the car runs great, and they genuinely care. I don’t know much about cars and it was good going to a place that wasn’t trying to get one over on me. 10/10 recommend!
