The owner will probably not read this.. because when I called to check on my mothers car he was rude and non-informative..I was just told by my mother the AC is not fixed..I asked the owner the status..he said the car was fixed and shipped out with a bravado not needed,as if to say who are you to ask...I will say to anyone..else read the reviews about charging high prices here it's probably true..I get that people need to make a living...but make a killing ..he even called my mother and told her everything will be fine to comfort her..knowing the car was probably not repaired...Ps if the car needed a software download to finish the job you should have reduced the cost.. Again the owner will not read this

Couldn’t ask for better service for fixing the air in my car. They were able to determine what was wrong with it and fix it in a day. Not to mention the price was great! I’d definitely highly recommend for anyone needing work done on their vehicle!!

Made an appointment and requested to get a radiator replaced. The representative set up the appointment two days later. I traveled almost 1 hour to this place of unprofessional business to arrive ahead of time just for the mechanic to say, (by the way, the new radiator is already purchased,)without even looking at my vehicle" I can't replace your radiator til next week. Didn't give an explanation or anything. It couldn't have been my demeanor because I was very professional in my hospital scrubs. I'm feeling that the color of my skin and the fact I was driving a Mercedes S class 550 had a,lot to do with it. This is not a place of business that I recommend!

I took my car in while visiting from out of town. The owner was great to work with: honest and friendly with a great deal of expertise. As a woman I appreciated their transparent honesty and all of the clear options I was given to choose from. They went out of their way to fix my car quickly for me and the charge was very reasonable. If I lived there I would always use this shop!!

Dropped my car off on a Thursday and was able to pick it up on Monday. They were up front and honest about how they were extremely busy at this time and it may be a couple of days due to the parts being shipped. I had a completed overhaul of our AC System and it works great!! Thank you for your services. Fair Price as well

I would not recommend doing business with this man. The owner put 3 compressors on my 02 Suburban in 2 years. Finally decided to carry the vehicle to someone else and found out that the condenser was bad and that was making the compressors bad. Spend over 1600 with this man.

Visited this auto repair shop while on a road trip after my radiator hose blew. They had my vehicle up and running again in less than an hour at a surprisingly reasonable price. Very clean facility. Nice owner. They serviced my car an hour before closing time and saved me from having to stay in a hotel overnight to wait for an emergency repair. I highly recommend this business. Thank-you Kinston Radiator!

AC conked out in my F250 Diesel. Went to the shop to make an appointment Friday. First impression was the fact that the shop was neat and clean. Good sign of good mechanics. Dropped truck off Monday morning. Did not quite get finished Monday, but they finished it up today. New compressor, and charged the system. AC blows nice and cool now. Very pleased with the courtesy, promptness, quality work, and price. I would very much recommend to a friend.
