I will not be returning back to this place they normally have good service however I showed up this morning at 7:00 a.m. I was the first person there because I was told first come first served for a rotation. So I wanted to make sure I was there first because I know I had something else to do at 9:00 a.m. they open at 7:30 I speak to the older white bald-headed gentleman at the desk give him my keys at 7:35 yet at 8:15 my car is still sitting there and he's telling me Oh I don't have anywhere to put you but yet you had somewhere to put the other two gentlemen who came in after I did and to get their cars in. I will not be disrespected I spend my money I work and pay my bills just like any man and for this business to disrespect me because I'm a woman totally inappropriate but it definitely shows your character of your business

Fast friendly service by professional expert technicians. I was in and out in less than an hour with front and rear end alignments for my Volvo. I didn't need an appointment, I just got there early. They service all types of vehicles, all makes and models, foreign and domestic. The cost was very affordable. They are easy to locate, right off highway 11 in Kinston. I highly recommend them for wheel alignment work to everybody.

I need power steering bushing and front end alignment done. For my mustang. Job done and on my way home in about 2 hours. Fair price on labor. Everything appears to be fine. I recommend this store.

They had to fix another mechanic's work and when I tell you I would give them a perfect 10 if I could!! Mr Mark told me in a matter of minutes what the problem was, told me what had to be done to correct the previous mechanic mistakes, and had my truck back and ready for the road when I was told it'd be ready. I'm a faithful customer now and won't be going anywhere else.

Got here at 7:30 this morning when they open . Is 2 pm and they have not start on my truck yet . They said there is 3 people in front of me but no one is here but me for the past 2 hours . They could have said live the truck and come back to get it but no . It looks like they mess all my day up .

I would give zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time or money going to this place. I showed up to get a wheel alignment at 8:00 am and ended up leaving at 1:15 without service. There were 7 customers in line before me. When I arrived no one stated it would be a 5 hour wait, and during the wait no one felt the need to inform me that it would take this amount of time or give updates as to why it was taking so long. Instead, management felt it was more important for all of his staff to go to lunch and come back all while my car has not been serviced or an update as to how much longer it would be. I only tried this place because it came highly recommended, but I was not impressed. I will not be returning. My time and money is valuable and I will be spending it elsewhere.
