They help me get a car in my time of need when I needed one. Very compassionate... Just an update 4/29/22- I just recently found out my car had water damage before I bought it. Just some advice always check the Carfax before you buy a car. No one told me that the car was water damaged, but I was wondering why when I saw the car the seats look like it had dirt or sand in it. So when I got the car clean, the person who cleaned my car told me he found dead bugs he said it looks like your car had been underwater which probably had been in a flood. I didn't tell him that I thought that the car had been water damaged, he saw it for himself. He also said that when he tried to clean my seats that it was a lot of sand and or dirt in my seats.

Do NOT go here. My sister got a car from them in May and has has issues ever since. She hasn't had cold air and she took if to be fixed they still couldn't fix it until she eventually gave up, then she took the car for tune up and was told the issue is her core packet and that her current parts were old broken glued together and rusty. My sister called and so did my dad and days passed with no one willing to assist. We should of known when they had her lie abt the amount she put down on the vehicle. Don't go here even if you're desperate. Not worth the headache. Oh and they lie on the responses to make it seem like they try to be customer service friendly. 6 months in and has a issues since she left the lot!

Stay way! These ppl only want your money and will put you in anything to get it. No matter if the car has problems or not. They won’t fix it and want you to make payments on cars that won’t last. Do not go here , i wish i could give zero stars. Also the company just replied lying abt a part costing 80 when my car has several issues. Including the air never worked and now a core packet that i have to buy bc mine was originally put on using broken pieces. I called and so did my dad and no one was willing to assist. Stop lying . Unprofessional crooks. Everything they write is a legit LIE

I came here to get a muffler welded on & Their customer service is A1. I highly recommend this place, I got treated better here then I would at a dealership or any other mechanic shop.

Ended up going to Planet Mitsubishi with my husband for a new vehicle. These people wouldn't even tell me if they were buy here, pay here until I said I would take my business elsewhere on Facebook. I have to call to get a question answered and get unnecessary advice? Plus, to respond back to me with incorrect grammar and I'm supposed to "take it into consideration?" So many people can be in business but based on my interactions and seeing the car quality, no thank you. No hate, just my thoughts.

THIS IS A WARNING!!!!! PLEASE SHARE SO THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO NO ONE ELSE!!!! DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM KIPLIN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP!!!! On August 24th I bought this exact car from them. They seemed so nice at first. Seemed like honest church going husband wife business owners. I had seen a few people post that they had good cars So I tried them out. I put 1000 dollars down on this car and drove off the lot. Much to my surprise on August 27th the car broke completely down on the highway with me and my son in the car. They check engine light came on, the car began to slow down (on the highway) so I was trying to switch lanes to pull over because I was terrified having this happen while my son was in the car and before I knew it I heard a boom and seen nothing but smoke.😱 mind you this car only has 53,000 miles on it. So now im stuck on the side of the road with my son and a pastor had to give us a ride(thank god he seen the entire thing) I have been trying to allow them time to make this right(seeing that i have a two year warranty on the car) and I did just purchase this car 3 days prior but they will not even tell me what's wrong with the car. I haven't had this car in 3 weeks now. They will not corporate with me. They will not even put me in loaner car so that I have something to drive while they so called (fix) the thing. I called the lender to let them know what's going on and they didn't sound surprised at all. Come to find out they are friends with this sub-lender and said that he closed the deal and they still expect me to pay for a car I no longer have. These people are scam artist. They are accusing me of taking back my down payment (which I have my bank statements to prove I did not) they have the money and the car now and im stuck taking a uber back and forth to work( 200 dollars a week) please guys do not let this happen to you. They blocked me from their page so that I can't write a bad review or give them 1 start. They have no bad reviews because they block and delete anyone with a complaint. Please share this so that no one in charlotte gets scammed like this. This is a nightmare.😔😔😔😔😔 I will see them in court.

I don't hate this place. It's the things they regret to tell you about the proper preceding of the pay plan. 5 and drive. But regret to tell you at the beginning that it's really 1000 and drive. And when you do get you tag. It's only for for 2 months. And you still have to pay again to the DMV. Costumer service need some important . But very friendly . Parts department is cool. But couldn't understand a word.And they take your pictures and put on social media without permission. No consent form or nothing. You just go on social media and up pops your pictures. I'm happy to have a car. But really didn't like that my picture was all on social media. That's where the line was drown. Everything else about them is cool. Cause your never going to go to a car dealer and have everything perfect. Life isn't built to be perfect. Try going there, and see for yourself. Reviews of others don't matter til you experience it your self. Thanks

I was in desperate need of a car. We were pre-approved for the 5 and drive program. First, what they regret to inform you is in 30 days you must come up with another $500 to purchase tags and registration. Also if you are not a North Carolina resident you must go to the Charlotte DMV to purchase an NC ID because you must register it in NC even if you are a South Carolina resident. This sounds very fishy to me. Second, They were very unprofessional. I traveled over one hour to this place on a Friday and was not able to get there till 5:30 so before leaving I was told to fax all my paper work to speed up the process. My paper work was not even printed or my info in the computer. The employees were only worried about there Friday night plans instead of helping me! Third, the three cars we were pre-approved for were not even available! Needless to say I would not recommend this place to any one looking to purchase a vehicle and we took our money else where!

This place is horrible. Do not go there. I got a car from them in December 2015. The transmission light came on on the way home. Took them 2 months of me calling to get it fixed...and I had to beg them to do that. The office workers are ghetto. Water was leaking through the roof of my car, and when I sent pictures and told them...Sara (Operations Manager) said that she would get it fixed. I broke down on the side of the road because there was water in my tank. Researched it and saw that it could happen from the water leaking...James (Owner) tried to blame it on me and then said he had to investigate it. Meanwhile, I had to get a loaner car. The loaner car broke down on me the next day (REALLY). After sitting on the side of the road for FOUR hours waiting for their tow truck to get their and missing ANOTHER day of work...Sarah then told me that she was so sorry, and that she was going to cancel my loan and refund me my money because of all my trouble. She even gave my husband the tool to take the tags out, waited for me to clean out the car, and told me that she would turn in my tags. I have text messages and everything from her telling me that she canceled my loan after that. They have me 250 dollars back (after the check got lost in the mail) and I literally had to go through the finance company and let them investigate it. they actually told the finance company that I ABANDONED a car that they told me to leave there. And said that they were repairing it for me and I never picked it up!!!! I finally got a call from the finance company on yesterday, stating that they will cancel my loan, because everything was sketchy on their part. (meanwhile I still get calls from them asking me if I would like to purchase a car) they false advertise, and they will approve you for cars that aren't even ready to be sold and have you waiting for what seems like forever. Please don't go there. They are horrible. I wish I could rate this was 0 stars...smh
