I was traveling from Austin to Dallas. On I35 entering into Waco, something broke loose in my exhaust or manifold. My truck was exuding loud non muffled exhaust. Not familiar with auto repair in Waco, I googled auto repair near me. Kish Complete Car Care was one of the search results, I read the reviews of the 3 or 4 auto repair companies and Kish had very favorable reviews. I jumped off the freeway and rumbled into Kish. I was afraid that they wouldn’t have time to mitigate my situation. They immediately surveyed what was going on, they did have to order parts, but they repaired my manifold in a little over 2 hours at the price I estimated. I am incredibly grateful at the professional service and prompt attention, especially when I was 2 hours from home. To all you Waco residents, I highly recommend Kish Complete Car Care. Thanks fellas for taking care of this traveler.

Believe all the POSITIVE reviews you read about Kish! I was traveling on my birthday weekend and my car crapped out on me. I was stuck in Waco and searching google reviews to find a reputable mechanic. Well Kish was it! From the moment I walked in I knew I made the right decision and could trust them to fix my car and get me going. Ryan was so helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the process from initial diagnostics to the problem and how it would be fixed. No surprises, they did exactly what they said they would and didn’t tack up unneeded repairs. I was on my way to Winstar for a concert and my birthday bingo- but the car wouldn’t be ready in time to make it, so they said they would let me keep my car there and I could come back after my trip—so Mr.Kent gave me a ride to the car rental, but he didn’t just drop me off, he walked me in and made sure I was well taken care of. Not only is their service honest, upfront and done with exceptional kindness, they are also reasonable with their cost. I love google, so I looked up average cost for the repair they did, and they charged me well BELOW the average. I am so grateful for that! Now, the only problem I have with Kish…is that they don’t have a shop where I live!! Nothing better than having a trustworthy mechanic when you need one…they are the BEST!!

I called to inquire about service here, rather than having me bring my car in and charging me for it, they recommended another shop instead for the work I described. I can’t personally attest to their work, but I can say that this was an honorable and honest shop in my experience.

This was yet another excellent experience at Kish. The crew inspected my brakes and presented video evidence to shoew the present condition. Josh ran through the options for repair and provided a detailed estimate. All of this took less than an hour! I'll be completing the work in the coming weeks. A job well done!

I have been using Freddy Kish's Complete Car Care for about three years now. I have gotten to know owner Jeanna Kish and general manager Dave DeRosier quite well during this time. Finding an automotive repair and maintenance shop you can trust can be very daunting, especially if you have been badly burned in the past. I am pleased to say that I trust Jeanna and Dave and the wonderful team at Freddie Kish's with no reservation. I know they will diagnose automotive problems, discuss the repairs they recommend and not try to upsell me on things I do not need. For example, I am a cheapskate when it comes to tires and Dave knows this about me. When I needed two new tires, Dave recommended a product that he felt good about putting on my car and that I found to be very competitive price-wise. I have never had an issue with the products or services Freddy Kish's provides. However, I know, if there are any matters, they will stand behind their work. Superior automotive repair and service won't be a problem if you use Freddie Kish's Complete Car Care.

Great service. They took care of the Transmission and Differential fluids in my Subaru, checked it out for other issues and alerted me to a repair that will be needed in the future but does not need to be addressed immediately. They take care of your car without trying to sell you on unnecessary services. I'll be coming back for all my automotive repair needs.
