I'm in charge of a fleet and I have Kitchell do 90% of our work for us. I've taken my personal vehicles to this shop and have always gotten great service. you want a honest place to have work done, this is it. they are definitely 5 star service with integrity. Love working with this company.

Great vehicle maintenance and repair place. Friendly staff that really cares about your time and your pocketbook. They do a great job and no hard selling services. Comfortable waiting room and great independent cafe, Peppersauce, down the street to get breakfast or lunch while you wait for your vehicle to get done!

Kitchell is a building contractor that set up a service facility for their fleet. Because of the excellent work they do, and the size of the shop, they have been able to extend their service to other companies and some individuals. On my end, our company provides towing service to bring in disabled vehicles. Usually, it's very easy to deliver there. Helps get us in and out with alacrity.

Been using these guys for over 15 years because they're fast and thorough. Prices are always up front. My employer was using another company, but l arranged for just my truck to go with Kitchell and l proved to my boss that my mechanics were far superior to the ones he used just because they were cheaper. You get what you pay for. However, l'm not implying Kitchell is high priced, not at all. They just have better mechanics. Aaron, the manager, has become a great friend over the years and l truly trust these guys.
