During our road trip, our AC unexpectedly broke down in Oklahoma City. Thankfully, a friend's relative recommended Mr. Ken at K&J Automotive, and we couldn't have been more grateful. After calling Mr. Ken after-hours, and he immediately offered his assistance for the next day. Despite a busy schedule, he accommodated us and ensured that my family are back on the road as planned He took the time to diagnose the issue and provided a clear explanation of the necessary repairs. He offered fair pricing, which saved my family thousands of dollars had we taken our car to a dealership or other franchise auto repair shop. Overall, our experience with Mr. Ken was exceptional, thanks in no small part to the referral from our friend's relative. I had a great experience with K&J Auto. My car had been misdiagnosed with a certain issue, and when I brought it to K&J, Ken diagnosed it himself and found the correct issue. He turned what would have been a $600 job into a less than $300 job. My car is running great now.

K&J Auto is literally the best place in town!! K&J Auto operate with such phenomenal and exceptional customer service, honestly, transparency, and integrity. I have had several issues with my vehicle and Kendrick and Unc have always been so helpful and efficient in diagnosing each issue and making the correct repairs. I wouldn’t have transportation if it wasn’t for them!! I highly recommend them for all of your mechanical needs and services!!!

We have used K&J Auto Repair shop for over 25 years. Each time we’ve received excellent service. Most recently I had gone to Sam’s Club for new tires and immediately had issues with them. The Sam’s tech told me it wasn’t the tires and took a photo of parts attached to the wheel claiming the issues were with those parts, about a $600-700 fix. We immediately took the car to K&J Auto to fix it only to be informed there was nothing wrong with our car, it was a defective tire. Their honesty saved us a lot of money and frustration. I highly recommend this repair shop if you need great and honest service with very fair prices.

Ken & Unc does it all. My SUV ran hot, I called Ken & he said tow it into his shop. But I was able to let it cool so I drove it in the next day. That was on a Thurs. By Monday Ken called me, the repairs were done. He had contacted my warranty service for me & worked everything out. They paid for the fan replacement in this fancy SUV, & the thermostat which totaled $1100. I only had to pay my $100 deductible. Ken is certified so I didn't have to go to a dishonest dealership. I've received great service from K & J Auto Repair for over 10 yrs. The best thing is he & Unc are experts at what they do & they are honest! I was reluctant to right this because they were my Best Kept Secret in Oklahoma!😁

My oil change place tried to tell me I had a major part out, I took my car to Ken and he let me know it was just a belt and fixed it in about 30 minutes instead of gouging me for the $1000 the other place was going to charge. It is so rare to find a mechanic you can actually TRUST. Love this place!
