I have been taking my vehicles to Klingemann for almost 20 years and I cannot think of a single negative remark to say. Throughout the years, they have been honest and hard-working. They do exactly what is asked of them and always in a timely manner. Their results speak for themselves. They always call and give me suggested fixes, but never are pushy if I decline. Their prices are not always the cheapest and because they are always so busy, they aren't always the fastest. But they are always friendly. Only one time in twenty years have I had their work not be up to par - but thankfully, it wasn't a terrible outcome and they fixed it free of charge (as they should have). I will continue to take my cars there for as long as I live in SW Austin and look forward to friendly faces and honest mechanics. Thank you Klingemann!!

Nice friendly service. Got the work done quick. Always lots of people of all ages in here. The front desk people even explained to me what was being done in a way I understood and that was really appreciated.

I have been going to Klingemann for 10 years and have never once been disappointed with the service I received. I could go somewhere closer to home but I wouldn’t receive the exceptional service. The staff there has always been so informed and so nice. The other day the gentleman helping me at the front desk was extremely kind. I think they should give him a raise! I will never take my car anywhere else.

So fast and so attentive to detail! They are all about safety first for their customers cars and making sure to go that extra mile looking things over and letting the customer know if there is any other areas of concern! I went for an oil change and they altered me of an additional issue. I asked them to fix it and they were able to fix it while it was there and get me car back to me in the same day! Thank you!

Excellent Service done right. Great work to the service team. Don't try and screw you over that I have experienced and give you the "must haves" and "nice to haves" in terms of what needs to be repaired versus what we be nice to have repaired. Dan and Tom up front are excellent guys that do their absolute best to work you with, treat you (the customer) with utmost respect and are honest genuine guys!
