10 stars, very nice people, they know what they're doing , i went to get an alignment and 2 tires installed everything went smooth . Prices are very competitive and will tell you upfront, which i like because no one likes surprises when it comes to a bill 😅🤣 will recommend it to everyone who asks for a great shop

BEST TIRE SHOP! I was vacationing in Orlando and ended up needing two new rear tires, they helped me out asap and even aligned my low car with absolutely ZERO issues. Every shop I've ever been to has complained about my low car and tried to charge more because of it. Only downside is that they're in Orlando and not Houston, TX.

I came in for an alignment and left as a happy customer. My recommendation is not to do your alignment at your dealership and come to KM Tires because your dealership probably don’t even do alignment in house and charge you extra anyway. Thank you Kenny and Luis for taking a good care of my car!

Overall, driving performance feels a little bit better, but they can’t save the before measurements which I can’t know how bad it is before getting the alignment done. They should just took a picture of the measurements if they can’t save them or just let me take a look at it. And I thought they are going to use the weight process by putting weight on each side of the car and the trunk like the traditional way that a European car would do. So this is just a normal alignment that every shop can do it and it’s affordable too.
