David lied to me,he said special oder $325 this was on a Thursday said it would be that Monday when the part came in (ballpoint).That day I called the auto parts store and they said that they would have it the next day. He's a crook plain and simple. Not honest at all

David wasn’t capable of emailing the insurance company an estimate and didn’t understand how insurance assignments work. If you can’t trust them to correspond with an insurance company after two weeks can you trust them to fix your vehicle? Think twice before taking your vehicle here just go to Gerber collision they did in 10 minutes what David at KMK couldn’t accomplish in two weeks. Now David is trying to act like he corresponded with the insurance company and that I didn’t contact them before making a review which isn’t the case. He never contacted them at all even after I explained in person that they needed to email the insurance company. I gave them the adjusters phone number and email address they never called to get an assignment and never emailed an estimate. I called them a week after they did the estimate to ask them to correspond with the insurance company. I gave them another week they still did not reach out in any way. I went to Gerber collision and they did all of this in 10 minutes and called me 30 minutes later to book me in. Saw gerber on Monday and truck is going into the shop Wednesday morning. Go through Kmk if you want to wait two weeks and still get nowhere.

KMK Auto was excellent they diagnosed the issues with my 2012 Mercedes and were able to give it new life - I promise you it is running just like new !!! I also received a complimentary car wash - just like the expensive Dealership. I highly recommend KMK Auto and again thank you David and thank you for the loaner vehicle it allowed me to continue to care for my elderly parents by shopping for them and getting to their necessary doctors appointments. It was a very short turnaround time frame for my vehicle to be returned to me and because of the loaner vehicle I had no disruption in my responsibilities or lifestyle.

Highly recommend this Auto repair and body shop. They did an amazing job with our car. Left it looking brand new. We had a few body repair work done to our car and I don’t think they could’ve done any better. We are happy with the results. My friend referred me to this shop a few years ago, & they have been my GO TO shop ever since. I previously took my Toyota Camry to Hudiburg Chevrolet after a wreck & Hudiburg didn’t fix everything on my Camry, so I took it here to KMK Auto shop & they fixed everything correctly & at a good price. Their repairs come with a Warranty which is a bonus! I’ve also taken my Toyota Tundra here to get my shocks/struts/springs fixed and they did a great job as well. My Truck drove nice and smooth like it should. This past hail storm I got really bad damages (over 200 hails bumps) broken windshield broken tailgate camera all on my Tundra & KMK repaired it all making it look new. During all of the repairs they let us use their loaner car which was great because my husband & I both work so having a loaner car helped so I didn’t have to put a stop to my daily life schedule. David is great, he responds to text messages quickly and keeps you updated on everything that’s going on with your car[s]. They answer all your questions/concerns making you feel welcomed. Highly recommend this shop to anyone whether it’s routine maintenance or car wrecks, they’re a trusted shop. Thank you David & KMK Team for a great experience!

I was very HAPPY with the work that they did on my car. Very nice owner David Nguyen. Always answered my calls on his cell phone. Fixed my car in a very short time also. I would recommend this business to anyone that needed repairs on their car.
