We recently took our vehicle to Kniesel's for repairs after an auto accident. These guys have their act together. We were greeted warmly when we walked into the office and from there Omar introduced himself and laid out the process, gave us the timeline and offered to drive us over to the rental car company down the street, no waiting around! Omar is such a professional, he kept us informed and I didn't have to ask a lot of questions because he covered everything so well. Really, the whole process was so smooth and working with Kniesel's and Omar really was a blessing during this time, so thank you!

I must say that Kniesel’s was not the place I wanted to visit , but after my hit and run accident I’m sure glad my insurance works with them . Alex Perez was the gentleman that looked at my car , took pictures and talked me through what need to be fixed , he gave me a quote and told me he’d send it to my insurance and see if it would be excepted or not. He then called me the following day saying it was a go. Alex kept me updated and my car was fixed and a little bit over a week.. I have to say, I hope I never have to use them again, but if I have a friend in need, I will definitely recommend them to Kniesel’s ( and have them ask for Alex ) he is definitely top notch..

My vehicle had been extremely damaged on the driver side in a recent accident. I took my vehicle to Alex at Kniesel and his team and they returned my car to looking better than it ever did. I was worried the paint would look off in the end, but they matched it flawlessly very pleased with their professionalism. Thank you to Lee as well who was in charge of the QC. I had a small issue with my window I informed him and without hesitation he made a phone call and had it taken care of right there on the spot and had me on my way.

Everything was perfect, from the time I walked in and up until I picked up my car. They continually keep me informed on the progress of my car repair, and my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off (inside and out). A very nice added service!

I was very impressed with the professional atmosphere I experienced from the first phone call to the receptionist and to the account manager who took care of all the details! Shaun was very good with follow-up and saw to it that my car was repaired to safety standards and looked like new!

Kniesel's on Auburn Boulevard in Carmichael is outstanding. From how you're greeted at the door to the end of your experience everything is outstanding. I did not have to call and get updates on my vehicle they reached out to me which I really appreciated This is the second time I've had to have my car repaired so I do have something to compare my experience to and this location is by far the best . My representative was Omar Hernandez and he went above and beyond to take care of me. I would totally recommend Kniesel's Carmichael and will not be taking my car anywhere else.

they fixed my car and finished as promised. when i had issues with the rear hatch they tried to fix it and it still had issues, after the second time they told me to take it to the dealer. All was paid by the insurance, which was good, but I did a lot more running around than I should have. struts on the lift rear hatch were damaged by accident or when they took them off and used them again on the new door. they should have been able to figure that out in my opinion.

Kneisel's Collision - Carmichael is the best shop in town! My wife and I have used them to repair multiple vehicles that were damaged in accidents. The repairs are always top-notch and completed in a timely manner. I really appreciate the level of communication at every step of the process. My Subaru was damaged in the front, rear, and quarter panels. After repairs, it looks better than before! I would never consider taking my vehicle to another shop for these kind of repairs. They always go above and beyond at Kneisel's Collision - Carmichael.

Kniesel's is hands down the best auto body repair shop we've ever worked with! They did an amazing job repairing the door on our Traverse after it was backed into, and the bumper on our Subaru looks brand new after they worked their magic. Even my mother-in-law took her car there and had a great experience. The team is super helpful, keeps you updated every step of the way, and makes the process stress-free. The lobby is cozy, stocked with snacks, yummy coffee, and water, which is a nice touch while you wait. Plus, their location is super convenient. We couldn’t be happier with the service we've received! I definitely recommend going here!

Our vehicle was stolen and damaged. Once recovered Kniesel’s restored the vehicle to its origin form. They did an outstanding job and their customer service was greater than 5 stars!!!

Fantastic service from Zach , Julia .Needed to replace side mirror, and John Estrada the regional manager went above and beyond to get the service scheduled for the very next day, ordered parts and got it ready for drop off the next day. The service manager Zach was super helpful in helping me with process and kept me informed of the progress and made sure the repairs are completed on time. Highly recommend this place

I am happy i got my car back. They did good job with my back bumper. Couple of things I ask to make sure both keys was working when opening my trunk and they still don't so i will be taking care of that . Also I ask to wax my whole car look like they did halfway job so i am a little disappointed bout that to but thank you Kniesel for fixing my Bumper

Omar was extremely prompt and professional when it came to my car repairs and made the process of getting it in and out of the shop very hassle free. He made sure to keep me informed and updated on the status of my car at all times. Got my car back looking brand new and in such a timely manner. I brought my Mazda CX5 in with my passanger door rubbing.g the fender for an appointment to see what it would take to fix it. Omar looked at it and said it would be an easy fix. He took my car to the bay and adjusted the door and fender. Brought my car back to me all fixed and ready to go! This is why we are repeat customers! Thank you so much for taking care of us!!! Everyone was very helpful and quick. When I called they were able to get my car in same-day with a diagnosis. I had my vehicle back in less than 24 hours and when I picked it up, it was even washed. I wasn't able to pick up my vehicle before they closed, so someone even stayed late for me. They also let me now about the warranty on their services. I hope I don't need anymore repairs, but if I do, I know where to go. No fuss, just professional and efficient.

My mother has a brand new nissan, something happened with the door frame which has been setting off the alarm system for months. For months the dealership has been gaslighting her. Today I followed her around to different repair shops. We came to the store, the guy looked at it and said hey I'll fix it I'll fix it right now and did it in 10 minutes! I was in a collision recently and was overwhelmed by the negative impact in every sense of the matter. I worked so hard to keep my 2016 Scion in tip top shape so that the resale value would remain at the top of the scale. I was so devastated when this happened. Not being originally from the area, I had no idea where I would take my car for repairs. So my insurance recommended Kniesel's Collision. As skeptical as I was, I went ahead and researched Kniesel's and found outstanding reviews. At arrival I was greeted by Omar Hernandez. Talk about positive energy, Omar made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions, was not pushy, arrogant, etc. By the time I left, I was still a bit skeptical but I felt confident with my decision. Omar kept me in the loop in every aspect of my car repair. This type of employee is really hard to come by these days and I hope Kniesel's know what they have. Kniesel's really does stand by their "Core Values". I was amazed with the end product. My car looked brand new when I picked it up.
