staff was very helpful and went over the estimate thoroughly. office was very comfortable with coffee and snacks. when finished Shaun went over the repairs on the car to make sure everything was done correctly

Alex has been a complete joy to work with! Communicative and professional, I almost wish I needed more work done just because it was such a breath of fresh air to have this positive of an experience! I must say that Kniesel’s was not the place I wanted to visit , but after my hit and run accident I’m sure glad my insurance works with them . Alex Perez was the gentleman that looked at my car , took pictures and talked me through what need to be fixed , he gave me a quote and told me he’d send it to my insurance and see if it would be excepted or not. He then called me the following day saying it was a go. Alex kept me updated and my car was fixed and a little bit over a week.. I have to say, I hope I never have to use them again, but if I have a friend in need, I will definitely recommend them to Kniesel’s ( and have them ask for Alex ) he is definitely top notch..

My vehicle had been extremely damaged on the driver side in a recent accident. I took my vehicle to Alex at Kniesel and his team and they returned my car to looking better than it ever did. I was worried the paint would look off in the end, but they matched it flawlessly very pleased with their professionalism. Thank you to Lee as well who was in charge of the QC. I had a small issue with my window I informed him and without hesitation he made a phone call and had it taken care of right there on the spot and had me on my way.

We recently took our vehicle to Kniesel's for repairs after an auto accident. These guys have their act together. We were greeted warmly when we walked into the office and from there Omar introduced himself and laid out the process, gave us the timeline and offered to drive us over to the rental car company down the street, no waiting around! Omar is such a professional, he kept us informed and I didn't have to ask a lot of questions because he covered everything so well. Really, the whole process was so smooth and working with Kniesel's and Omar really was a blessing during this time, so thank you!
