I'm new to the community and had this business recommended by an acquaintance. I called with a concern. They got me in the same day, and as it turned out, no repair was necessary. I wasn't charged anything for their time. I appreciated the courtesy and will return to them for maintenance and repair needs.

These guys are amazing. Fair, friendly, patient, informative, and honest. Just moved into this area and asked a local where to take my vehicle for repair. They said without hesitation Knight's. They were on the money. Beyond the things I mentioned above these guys know what they're doing. I just had a "mystery " issue with my business vehicle. They figured it out quick and were very fair price wise. Great place.

Were able to fit me in same day for an oil change. Service was fast and attendant was kind and professional. Three stars because they tried the whole “your air filters are dirty but we can replace them for 90$” thing. I know my car and the air filters are no more than 20$ total and replacing them is as simple 2 minute job that anyone can do. The fact they wanted to charge 90$ felt kinda grimy

I showed up without an appointment and the guy was still willing to do my oil change in a short time. He was polite and didn't try to sell me any other work I didn't need immediately, which I appreciated. Having him not attempt/ 6⁶lto make me spend more was a welcome plus

I'm glad I had my car retowed to Knight's Automotive from another shop in West Sac. The other shop said they found the starter failed in my vehicle and needed to be replaced. Come to find out, the $800+ starter that the West Sac shop was going to charge me to order, turned out to be the starter cable disconnected from the battery. The owner, Marcus and his service advisor, Keith saved me alot of money. I was only charged $110 for diagnosing my car. Very impressed with their excellent, honest, and reliable customer service. I highly recommend Knight's Automotive. Their shop was far from my location, but it's worth the drive.

These guys are just all around awesome..The part I like best is the great communication...oh, and my car is always ready when they say it will be.. or sometimes sooner!
