We were in need of an emergency repair to a broken hose in our van. Joe was honest and upfront about potential time and cost. We set our expectation at maybe a day or two. FOUR HOURS LATER he called and had it fixed … along with replacing a missing bolt in our seat and topped us off with a quart of oil! … All without asking. Yea, that is 5⭐️ treatment if you ask me! Now it’s only been 24 hrs since the fix, but so far the van is working great, the seat is more comfortable to sit in and we’re grateful beyond words. Highly recommend Joe and his team. My husband and I were referred to Knox auto repair from a dear friend of ours, we contacted them and they were able to get us in and out and did an exceptionally good job. They explained everything that was going on and took time to make sure we understood the process . Excellent service and excellent customer service across-the-board, we would highly recommend them to anyone and we will definitely continue to do future business with them. Knox Auto Repair is truly the best. Joe is an incredible mechanic - extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. He took pictures of everything, showed me exactly what was wrong, and explained it to me in a way I could understand. He was straightforward about the work I actually needed to have done and never tried to upsell or trick me. Knox auto is the best auto shop around! I’ve used a few over the years and never had an experience like this one. Joe had my vehicle fixed up like new. He let me know what was going on every step of the way and made sure to check other things out so I had piece of mind! If you want fair, honest, accurate work done by someone who cares. Been going to Joe for years and it’s the only place that we let work on our trucks! Joe is awesome! He does a great job, he explains what he’s doing and he’s honest. He won’t just throw parts at it just to see if it that fixes it. He goes above and beyond to make sure what he does fixes the issue and makes sure you’re happy! Also very reasonably priced!

I found this place by word of mouth and I am forever grateful that I did. I needed brakes and rotors and Joes went above and beyond to take excellent care of it. I will definitely be going back for my future car repair, and in the mean time I will tell everyone I know how fantastic the customer service is. Got a leveling kit installed. They got me in the next day after I called and was done with it by noon. Worked me in their schedule and got it done quick, along with quality work. No issues truck rides great. Very reasonable prices. Anything you need done hit them up. Will be doing more business in the future!!

I had a wheel bearing fail (big yikes) and I had to get it fixed urgently. Joe helped me with an extremely competitive price on the repair and had it done in under an hour, he's an extremely honest mechanic which is hard to come by at most places. This is my second time having Knox Auto Repair work on one of my cars and they've earned my trust for any service.

I have had a hard time finding a honest car repair company. I've given four or five a try every time they try to sell me something that my car really doesn't need. Joe does exactly what you ask him to and he knocks it out quick. I won't be going to anyone else.
