This place is a rip off. I was sent to them because the place I went to was booked up. I should have known if they had availability then something was wrong. They kept my vehicle two whole days and charged me $150/hr for labor. I was charged for 8 hrs of labor but they had my vehicle for two full days. Told me several things were wrong but I hadn’t been long got those things fixed by reputable shops. They are over priced and unfair. I don’t recommend them at all. Most definitely take your vehicle somewhere else unless you don’t mind being over charged.

Steward helped us out on short notice. We knew we needed new tie rods, but steward made sure to review first and advice to only fix what was really needed. Service was swift and well done. They even managed to get us the alignment done by another shop same day, so we didn’t have to worry. Anyone with a sprinter or van, be comforted that there’s a quality shop in Knoxville you can turn to! I’d recommend to anyone.

I had an overheating issue and a leak of some kind, by word of mouth. This was the place to be, to get your vehicle serviced. Stewart and his team checked thoroughly the condition of my work truck with the few issues that the truck was giving me and constantly kept in touch if they found new items that needed to be addressed. Thank you, Knox Speed and Diesel for keeping my truck in great shape for the road!!

Staff and techs can be a little cocky and condesending. Their experience in certain areas is very limited. Probably best to have in depth discussions beforehand if it's a repair that isn't part of their core competency.

They serviced my VW diesel. Same day appointments, they were super quick and all of the staff is extremely nice & knowledge. I was in and out in no time. 10/10 recommend will definitely be back.

Very knowledgeable and diagnosed a problem I’ve been having trouble with in a very short time. For diagnostic services price was quite steep, $250? The technician did get it right though.

We were passing through Knoxville when my Sprinter deisel motorhome check engine light came on as well as the ABS light. Called Mercedes Benz for problem but was told 3 weeks to see me. Didn't care that we were in the middle of a trip.. Found these guys on the web and called. They could not have more accomodatin. Once you meet the staff you know you are with people who know what they are doing. If we lived in Knoxville this would be the only shop I would use. I might just have to move here.

We were staying there for vacation and we had issues with our truck. They called us with updates of what was wrong and got our okay to proceed. They worked hard to get the truck fixed and get us back on the road. The truck worked flawless on our 14 hour trip back home. They are great to work with and do a great job!

Truck had a major fuel system issue. It was a big job, including injectors and fuel pump. Issues were explained very well (thanks Matt), and I was never pressured into having the work done, and I felt confident they were being honest about the situation. Not the cheapest price, but fair, and I'm okay with paying for expertise. Job was completed quickly, and the truck runs beautifully.

Very top rate facility. Plan on taking my truck back for anything it needs in the future. Very knowledgeable and let know up front anything that needed to be done plus an estimate of the cost before they did the work.

We were out of state traveling and our car broke down. I called many garages in the Pigeon Forge where I broke down nobody could see us until mid July when I called this garage they were completely willing to see us that day and diagnosed the problem. They had the part delivered and repaired the next morning so we could safely travel back home from our vacation. Even let us borrow a loner vehicle. Thanks Matt and Chris for your help.

Matt was very helpful over the phone answering questions about a 28 old E350 Ford 15-passenger Church van, he took the time to explain what the van needed and if he could get the part Matt went way above what most people would have even consider talking about the vehicle for that long and not for sure if i would ever buy the small fuel injectors kit from him. I would recommend them.

They do good work here! I just moved back to TN and couldn't find a non dealer shop to work on my Italian car. Until I got referred here by another mechanic I used to use. I also was referred here for good diesel work by a coworker. They do more than just diesels and do well though had my intercooler replaced and the turbo seems better than ever! I saw a lot of German cars here when I dropped mine off. I'm taking my truck in next!

Driving from out of town, pulling a very heavy fifth wheel trailer, we experienced some loss of power and a check engine light. Pulled off at the next exit to find a Ram service center. Stopped in to have them scan for the code to determine if work needed to be done immediately or not. The price for the scan alone was $145. I'm not sure what industry standard is, but I left. Called the folks at Knox Speed And Diesel and they were able to see me right away. Shop foreman came out immediately and determined that it was fuel delivery. And recomm need changing the fuel filters. I agreed and they got me in immediately. Very happy that they did, as it began snowing and we did not want to get stuck in town with a snow storm. The work was completed quickly and was even verified by the shop foreman , by driving my truck up some steep hills while utilizing the diagnostic computer to verify fuel pressure. Great guys and would highly recommend them for diesel service and diagnostics.
