Knowledgeable, honest, respectful and when we schedule repairs, depending on what is done, are done in an excellent time frame. Thanks KAP for all you do. Appreciate you keeping us on the road

I came across this company based upon their sign out front advertising European auto specialists. I recommended them to by brother (he just moved here) for problems he had with his BMW. When he traded in his BMW, they recommended replacement vehicles and he brought one he was considering buying to have it checked out (which he bought and is very happy with). Fast forward to today where I had an issue with my Ford truck. They initially isolated the truck’s likely fault, but it wasn’t acting up any more. Rather than just going through with the repair I already authorized, they later called me and recommended no action taken until the fault was confirmed, saving me over $1,000. I watched Lucas work on my vehicle and the care and professionalism was very impressive. But what has me sold on Nick and Lucas is their honesty. I’ve been swindled before, as most people have, and I was floored to experience real honest mechanics not trying to just change out parts and selling services which weren’t required. I’ve found the auto service company for me and they have my loyalty now!

Took my car to get brakes and rotors all around it and I'm so pleased with the service!! The communication system that they have is amazing because they send you a full inspection of your vehicle down to the pictures of everything and you can select the services you want and they get started all without a phone call!!!! Very professional clean atmosphere and the water was so cold out the cooler🤣 not to mention very affordable please check them out asap!!!!!

If you're looking for an honest mechanic Nick is your guy! We use Knoxville Auto Pros for all of our fleet and personal vehicles! He takes the time to go over all of our vehicles to make sure they are safe for local and long distant traveling! He is reasonably priced, always answers any questions we have and takes the time to explain what each vehicle needs!

fantastic place price is very fair for the amount of effort and dedication to making sure your vehicle is done correctly, nick is a great guy had problems with my ac he fixed it and even reached out to me the following week to verify the work he had done is working correctly!!! never had customer interaction like that.

I am beyond thrilled with Knoxville Auto Pros.!!! We moved here almost 2 yrs. ago and I have been so stressed out about finding an HONEST, professional, mechanic that would help me keep my baby in tip top running condition. I have had a few oil changes since moving here and have asked what other maintenance services I may need to have done as I was sure there were other things needing to be addressed. I am also used to safety inspections which I would want done at least once a year. We have precious cargo (Grandchildren) that we pick up on the regular and I want to know my vehicle is in the safest running condition possible. I never got a straight answer from the shops I had brought it to until I found Nick at Knoxville Auto Pros. I do have my owner's manual, but we all know how thick and not so user friendly those can be! I do not have a service schedule, but I knew by now there should have been things addressed. I brought it in for Nick to look it over and was totally stunned at the complete, comprehensive inspection he gave my baby. Everything he stated that needed to be either taken care of now or to keep an eye on in the future was fully documented with pictures included!!! WHAT????? I have never had such an in-depth inspection in all the years of owning vehicles! There were many things that should have been done some time ago that weren't and some things to keep an eye on. The estimate was like no other I have experienced! Nick took the time to go over everything with me, no pressure at all just education. He listened to my concerns and assured me what was critical to address now and what could be kept on the back burner but would need to keep an eye on. I am so happy that I now can say I have an AWESOME mechanic! Check him out and I'm sure you will feel the same:)!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I feel very fortunate I have finally found a mechanic I can take my car to and feel confident that I did not get taken advantage of. This is important to me because I have gone places that made me feel like I needed to get things fixed that weren’t necessary. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and how quick it took to get everything fixed. They were very professional and considerate. Additionally, they went above and beyond and presented me with a report of all of their findings. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Knoxville Auto Pros is my new go-to spot. Nick who runs the shop is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He took into account my vehicle’s age and mileage, and discussed several options to get me back on the road safely, without unnecessary expenses for things that my car didn’t actually need. I truly feel that he is more interested in having lifetime customers that feel comfortable and confident bringing in their cars when needed, then trying to make a quick buck and get you out the door. This kind of care and quality work is something I’ve searched for in a local mechanic for years, and I have found it with Knoxville Auto Pros!
