These guys really helped me! Long time customer and I was headed to NC to help with Helene relief and they gave me an amazing deal so I could get back and forth safely. Made it up and down many mountain roads and back home no issues! You guys ROCK!

Visited the shop on Saturday 9/28. Best customer service I've had in a while. New ownership and A+ for the cleanliness and the facelift to the shop. We needed a place like this in our area. Bought 2 nearly new tires and both started leaking within 24 hours. Called the shop Monday morning and the owner came in to personally repair/replace my tires as needed. Good business, good people and I will be back.

If you go here make sure you see the owner. He is really good and will make sure your done right. Went here this morning and they gave me four mismatched tires at first, then the owner reached out to me and said to please come back that this isn't how they do business. He was very nice and professional. I went down and he got me in and out with 4 matching almost brand new looking tires. Make sure you ask for him. He does people right and does good business. I'd go back to see him. Thank you for making things right.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SAINTS!!!!! I blew a tire on my trailer just now and even though they’re closed, they still decided to help me out! I live 30+ minutes away and I don’t know what I would’ve done without their help!

Broke my cvt joint and refuse to accept that they did so. Wanted me to drive my broken car to them so they could look and make sure. Sat there yelling at me because I got upset they refused to accept responsibility

Fast and professional! Thought I would ask around for where to get new tires installed and a neighbor recommended this place. I purchased my tires from an online retailer because they were best price available than anywhere else. Only problem was finding a shop that was not going to screw me over for mounting and balancing the tires. Y’all have earned my business! Can not recommend this shop enough. They were really careful not to scratch my rims, unlike other big tire shops that could careless. Do not let the looks of this place fool you! They are worth every penny to have them install new tires on your car.

Great place but would be nice if they opened when it says they are supposed to open. I waited almost 30 mins and finally had to get a ride to work. My tire was flat so I couldn't use my car

I bought a tire from them three weeks ago and although it is a used tire, they should have been able to tell how dry rotted it was, and that the tire most likely would not last very long at all. Today that same tire blew on me with a broken band and left me in a very dangerous spot on the road waiting on a tow truck. Their service was great when I was there and they were very polite. That is the only reason they are getting two stars. I wouldn’t trust their tires anymore no matter how great their service.

I was here at 8:10 am waited until 8:30 am no one was here. Went to Reasonable Ron's in knoxville best in town fixed me right up 38.00 for a good used tire this is the place to go

I've been looking for tires all week and I couldn't find any used in all the new ones we're going to be like almost 500 bucks for all four and so I usually think of them as a last resort but this time when I went it was 220 for all four they were used but they were pretty good tires actually so this time I was much happier than usual with the quality of the tire the price was more than I expected for used but they were good tires

I’ve had two tires that were slow leaking for quite some time. Was just going to buy all new tires but decided to stop here to get an evaluation. He found both leaks in 10 minutes, gave me quotes for a couple options. My tires were fixed and I was back on the road in less 30 minutes! Saved me $600 on a new set of tires. So happy!
