First time customer. Had emission control issues with my 2010 Toyota . They didn't charge me to diagnosis the problem. Others charge $100 or more just to diagnosis the problem before they do anything. They fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I will use them in the future.

Had been having issues with my A/C for over a year and had been to several other (chain) shops to resolve this issue to no avail. These guys diagnosed the issue straight away. The experience and efficiency is unmatched. They will be getting my business again (no more chain shops for me). I’m so pleased that I’m no longer driving in the summer heat with no A/C, thank you guys! You’re appreciated!

Ultimate Automive is an excellent repair shop! They diagnosed a problem correctly pertaining to the AC on our Sonata. The dealer said the problem was with the hose, and suction and costing to a tune of $1,950!! Our local Huyandi and Subaru dealer service center will not treat you honestly, Ultimate Auto will! I will never go to the dealer again for a repair again, thank you Ultimate Auto for your honesty and great customer service. Please do yourself a favor and give these guys a shot before you go to a dealer for service.

no way this place will EVER receive less than 5 stars...my 1989 honda prelude si has been in twice, and perfect service, great people, outstanding work, that I might add, no one could or did perform in the past on my car. My ac and the cruise control have been completely down for years, presto...fixed. Such upbeat, friendly people, big thanks to Steve (who is always willing to help shed light on an issue and get it right), David, Rodney, and thanks to Shannon who manages the office, we talked about dogs for my wait time, and I enjoyed every minute! (dog lover, honda lover) So if I left anyone out it is only because I haven't met you yet! It is worth going to someone who actually knows his craft! These people are the "ultimate".

It's hard to find not only quality work but great honest people when it comes to the automotive industry, but the guys at Knoxville ultimate automotive are truly top notch. Everytime I dropped my 2013 Toyota prius off here I know the work will be done fast and efficient. I can't say enough great things about the owner Rodney. His staff and him all go above and beyond anytime I drop my car off here. If your looking for great service I highly recommend Knoxville Ultimate Automotive.

Rodney is top notch! It’s hard to find good honest mechanics these days. When you do it’s a game changer with car maintenance and keeping your car own the road. He goes above and beyond. Even gave me advice regarding a car purchase to make sure I didn’t end up with a headache! Can’t thank him enough!

Great place!! They were able to fix my truck on a Saturday and did a GREAT job. Super nice people and know their stuff and explain what they are doing clearly. They even allow well behaved dogs inside... I am definitely going back.

Steve and the guys at KUA were great. I had shorted my battery causing damage to some wiring. I dropped off my Lexus GX460 around 8 and they had it done by 4. Great price and extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a Lexus/Toyota. They also specialize in Honda/Acura.

Best of the Best – that’s Knoxville Ultimate Automotive when it comes to car care for our Hondas! We’ve been clients of Ken and Steve for 12+ years, consistently taking our various Civics, both hybrid and regular transmission, over that time. We do our maintenance appointments there as well as any problem appointments, and we’ve always been treated with courtesy, respect, and honesty and are *never* overcharged. We also love the complimentary pre-trip checks they offer, letting us make sure our car is road-worthy before heading out on a long drive. We’re really pleased, too, with the new staff, including Rodney who took good care of me with kindness and competence last week when I came in after an unexpected fender bender. I can’t imagine a better place to take our vehicles. Thank you, Ultimate!

Honest, quality, and quick service! My dad has been taking his cars here for awhile and when I needed a small oil leak looked at while visiting Knoxville, they got me in immediately, let me know the leak was just a loose plug from my last oil change that needed tightened, and charged me just a handshake. If you need any work done on your vehicle, you should absolutely bring it here

I have a good car in my Honda, they made it great! They insist on quality and OEM parts so they wont be the cheapest but they will be the best. My car is tight as a drum and smooth as silk, just like brand new. You will not be disappointed in the service or the customer care. They are always friendly, genuine and upfront. Cant say enough good things.

I wanted to take a minute to leave a review for Knoxville Ultimate Automotive. First of all, I would like to preface my review by stating that this review is specifically based on the services/work provided by Ken. I have owned at least One Acura Integra since 1994 and I've had my 98 LS Integra sedan since 2000 with over 310,000 miles on it. I have had my share of car maintenance/repairs over the years and I understand the importance of finding someone qualified and with good tools to work on it . I am very familiar with my car and can tell in about 5 seconds if the mechanic I am talking too has any idea what they are talking about. K.U.A specializes in Honda and Toyota repair. Ken is well versed in these vehicles and when speaking with him, I could tell that he has the expertise and understands the little nuances about the cars. We discussed doing the timing belt, water pump, belts tensioner and basically a full tune up. We agreed on price and that I would drop it off the next day. We shook hands and made the deal. A couple days later Ken called me to tell my car was ready. One thing I really like about Ken, is his ability to make me feel good about my car. He told me " I really enjoyed working on this car" " This car has a lot of life left in it." Now that is something every car owner wants to hear about their 24 year old car. lol. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, Ken took the time to come out and lift the hood, talk to me and pinpoint all the little details about the work. turns out that Ken took the time to adjust my valves for free!! Now you don't hear about a mechanic going out of his way to do more than you paid him to do very often, but Ken once again went above and beyond to help me with my Integra. I will also add that I am meticulous when it comes to my cars and upon inspection, all the work Ken did was extremely clean and precise. All the fasteners, plastic clips were all intact in not moved or twisted around. It's the little details that make the difference. K.U.A believes in OEM parts or using high quality replacements and Ken does not try to push work that does not need to be done. I really believe Ken to be a decent honest person. Ken did a fantastic job and really went out of his way to make my experience a Great one. I hope to continue building my relations ship with them. Thant you Ken! My car is running great thanks to you.

I went to Ultimate Automotive one Saturday morning because I needed a check engine light diagnosed. I had seen some positive reviews and it was near my house. There was one guy at the desk and he had the worst attitude I have ever encountered in the service industry. He was extremely rude and condescending, and all I was doing was describing the problem and asking if it was something he thought they could fix. He wasn't busy, there was only one other customer in waiting. But you would think I had interrupted something very important to this man, because he just couldn't be bothered. I was really taken aback by how dismissive the guy was. He clearly didn't want to deal with the problem I was asking about. Seems like Ultimate Automotive has all the customers they need - they certainly didn't want my business. Don't waste your time with them, they are all set with their current customers and don't want or need you to come in. You'll just be getting in the way of... whatever that guy had going on, instead of, you know - treating potential customers like human beings.

Took my Pilot in for an oil, transmission, and rear diff fluid change. Rodney, David, and Steve took great care of me while I was there. I highly recommend getting an appointment. The service was quick and my Pilot has much smoother gear shifts now. Will definitely be bringing all of our cars here!
