I called my insurance company Statefarm and they referred this company. After over 2 hours no one showed up. I called and their phone was going straight to voicemail and the voicemail was not set up. I texted and didn't get a reply. I had to get my sister to bring me to work. Statefarm reached out to me and stated they didn't know what the problem was and they would send someone else out after I get off work. I told Statefarm this is bad business.

I called Orlando he arrived in a timely manner and immediately handled my flat tire repairing it onsite and got me back on the road. Thanks for the great service. Highly recommend

I do not recommend these people to no one, if I could give a minus star I would. First of all, I purchased a $500 tire for my Benz, it took them over 3 hrs to bring the tire n then I may have put 3500 miles on the tire if that, which I purchased it almost 2 yrs ago, n I was informed that the tire is bad, most tires have a milage warranty on them n I barely drive the Benz so I know it's nowhere close to the warranty milage, n their attitude is very unprofessional. And I also said the tire barely were driven on, I don't have a probably buying another if I felt it was from wear n tear, but I know it wasn't

Our car wouldn’t start on the way back to Florida. Called KO and they were so kind, super fast and got us up and running in under an hour. Very impressed.

Great experience!! After receiving horrible service from and no show from a local tow company, my insurance company sent someone from KO. The young man Tony arrived promptly and extended great service as well as great customer service. Hopefully I don’t lock my keys in my car again lol but if I do, I’ll definitely be calling this company to do the job.

Highly recommend this company. Answered the phone at 2 AM responded quickly to a truck breakdown on the highway in AL. Was able to get the driver up and running again within 2 hours and the cost was reasonable.

If I could give more stars I would!!!!! I had a tire that went flat and was unrepairable and they provided amazing roadside assistance with tire replacement serves. Mentioned they would be at my location in 60 mins to replace my tire, They arrived in 40 mins. The kind gentleman called me before arrival. Told me that I was welcome to stay in the vehicle as it was way too hot . And was very quick and efficient while changing the tire. I will most definitely be using again and Referring to others.

KO Dispatched through insurance provider. 2 hours estimated time…that’s fine. 2 hours goes by and call them, but they haven’t even left yet. New ETA of 90 more minutes…. Which goes by again and they call to cancel entirely at the 90th minute mark Dishonest company with horrible communication. Would avoid. I should clarify they didn’t even call me directly. They called through the insurance provider and then stopped answering my calls when I tried for an explanation. They must have known there could be no explanation. Horrible customer service.

I locked my keys in my car on a Saturday morning at 7am, my State Farm insurance put me through to KO automotive and a sweet lady (I believe nikki) showed up in under an hour to unlock my car & educated me on how to get a new key fob battery. She was SO helpful, professional, and quick especially for an earlier Saturday morning. I would 100% recommend this business & will definitely keep their number for future reference!

Can't begin to say how professional and life-saving this company was when we suffered a drastic loss of tire pressure on one of our Class C RV's dual rear tires. The tire kept going down no matter how much air we put into it. Kaylan, the son of the owner, drove an hour up Cheaha Mountain to get to us at the state park, then spent an hour putting our spare on, tightening the valves and extenders, and making sure everything was on correctly and safely before he left. 5 stars for KO Automotive & Emergency Repair. They are terrific!

I was broken down with a tire missing and an almost flat tire on my camper when Orlando of KO automotive arrived. He was so professional and so friendly and nice, I immediately felt that my emergency situation would be taken care of. He was able to replace both tires with new tires and got me on the road in plenty of time to get to my destination. I highly recommend KO automotive for any emergency side of the road situation that he's able to assist with. I'm so grateful that I was blessed with service from Orlando and his partner. My niece was visiting from Georgia and her car battery went dead at her hotel. KO Automotive & Emergency Roadside responded in a timely manner and stayed on site until her car stayed running for a moment. The Service Tech was courteous and very professional. Her prompt response and detailed attention to our challenge gave my niece a feeling of being at ease. I was really impressed with the prompt and courteous service of this business. FIVE STARS!!!!!

Such great people, they were ultimately patient with us. We were traveling a long distance and had a flat. They came out and got us back on the road with no problem. And instead of doing the job and leaving us there, they made sure we were good. Thank you guys so much!!!

These people from the time they answered the phone till they replaced my tire on I-65 they cared and helped me out of an emergency situation. I had AAA Plus and Good Sam for my RV and neither one would help. My hat is off to KO and I would definitely recommend them.

Through my insurance, this company was dispatched to me for roadside service. The initial wait time estimate was 30 to 60 minutes, then it dropped to 26 to 56 minutes when I received a text from the driver saying they were en route. 15 minutes pass and I text the driver asking what the ETA was now because my insurance app increased the ETA up to 60 to 90 minutes out of nowhere. There was no response from the driver so I called a local service directly to help. They arrived within five minutes. I canceled my request through my insurance. Never heard back from the driver. Would hate to depend on this company in an emergency.

Took them 7 hours to get here very rude very rude did not fix tire lie about why took so long DONT CALL THEM DONT HAVE TOOL TO FIX A DAMM FLAT THEY NEED TO STOP DOING THINGS THEY CANT DO AGAIN I CAN PROVE I CALL AT 1132 _ THE DRIVER CALL ME 123. SAY HE WAS 22 MINS OUT THEY WAS NO STROM AT THE TIME HE CALLED FROM MY HOME TO THE SHOP IS ONLY 38 MINS SO WHT HELL YOOK OVER 4 HOURS HELL I COULD WALKED GOT HER FASTER /// IF DRIVER / YALL GOING BE LATE YALL SHOULD CALL VERY unprofessional. // YALL BLAME MY INN FOR CALLING YALL THEY SAY THEY XALLED THE CLOSEST ONE / CHEAPEST I KNOW WHY YALL CHEAP YALL SORRY SLOW VERY CHEAP LOOKING TRUCK Not professional at all. We had a flat tire on the way out of town. We had our camper and no spare. We googled all sorts of roadside assistance, but KO was the first and only ones to answer and actually be able to help! They went out of their way to get to us and get us back on our way. They truly are life savers! The staff were wonderful- from Nikki the receptionist to the guy that came to save the day!! 5 stars isn’t enough!!

We were stuck on the side of the road for more than 3 hours. They happily came and helped us brought water and ice cream for our kids since it was so hot. We would recommend them to anyone!

Yesterday I called for Roadside Assistance, and was very pleased with the service Kylan provided. He was Fabulous! He was courteous and caring, which is not easy to find these days. Kylan went above and beyond to help me, and I greatly appreciate him! He deserves a raise!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had a flat tire and was on the side of the interstate. They confirmed that they was coming and never even showed up. I called after over an hour of waiting after the ETA was 0, and they told me that they had cancelled and was trying to get someone else to come and that they would call me right back. They never even called me back, and when I called them they was extremely rude and hung up the phone.
