Second time taking my car here for some minor work. Things that kept it from 5 stars: car had to be held an extra day without appropriate communication. Car had to brought back in the following week to readdress the problem. Car was retuned with two missing panels just sitting on the floor and passenger seat was laid flat. Alex was considerate in addressing the communication lapse and did what he could to make up for some of my complaints. But getting back into the vehicle without it being put back together, confirmed how I felt through the process. Not sure if they are the right fit for me in the future.

KONKIN. They do a phenomenal job. 10/10. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. The service manager Paul was awesome. He was super friendly, nice, and professional. My vehicle went in to get serviced and they got it done in a timely manner. Their techs know what they are doing. Thank you so so much. You guys rock!

I recently had my broken Ford repaired at Konkin Service Center, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. They did a significant job on my engine, all at a fair price. The employees were extremely polite and professional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, really excellent service. Highly recommended!

I took my 2004 f150 in to have some suspension work done. Alex was so nice and the mechanics did a great job. Now my rough and ready truck feels so cushy. Alex also threw in a free oil change and replaced my missing custom lug nut cover for free. Taking my mini in there tomorrow!

Overall great experience great communication the work was done on time when it said it was . I recommend konkin auto group 100% if you want to come and get your car fixed. I personally got an alignment and my rear driver control arm replaced. I am truly satisfied with their service. Thank you Konkin Auto group for the great work.
