I was debating if I should do this review or not. But after seeing previous reviews I noticed a pattern and people should be aware about this and the company must do something about it. Drivers from this company are reckless, rude and dangerous. My wife was on her way to work when a truck from this company cut her off forcing my wife to slam on the brakes so she wouldn’t crash. Even after that reckless driving he on top started harassing her at the stop light. This happened in Utah, but from what I’ve read in their reviews is not uncommon from this company to hire unqualified drivers that endanger other people on the road rather than helping.

Too slow. They told me they would come back in 30 minutes to fix it. I waited 4 hours and no one showed up. Very rubbish company. Don't come here.

It just so happened that it was a snowy rough time in the California mountains on the I80 and I couldn't get through to the tire road service repair. This guy went to Amazon after the work was done, kindly agreed to help and made me a wheel! Unfortunately, I did not remember his name, Thank you so much and God bless him!

Mobile repair trucks speeding around my neighborhood. Tell your drivers to follow the speed limit in residential areas. Bad look for business owned vehicles that act as a mobile billboard.

The worst service in my life as a truck driver. It had no antifreeze, no parts or tools to fix the truck. And in the end he just said: I can't fix it, call a tow truck 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Was driving home from dinner and a Kooners work truck and older truck were speeding and tailgating. They got behind us and flashed high beams and light bar and drove 75+ in a 55. Had my son and pregnant wife in the car. Very unprofessional and unsafe aggressive driving! Southbound Wadsworth around 7pm.

I have been looking for a truck for a few months. I was thinking of getting a new F150 but with the shortage in microchips nothing was coming up that suited my needs/wants. I started looking into new used trucks and came across Kooner truck repair and they were the best repairs Awesome place! Felt like I got takenj care of without the pressure of the all too familiar auto sales representative. Down to earth! And great place to go for some badass trucks, love those guys!! They treat you like family!!!! Thank youuup

My boy Tony was the first one to show up after a bunch of people cancelled to help with my UHaul breaking down. Not only did he show up immediately, he was kind, extremely courteous, and unquestionably professional. He even went out of his way to go to a local body parts store to get the part I needed so I could have my truck back the same night. Kooner is lucky to have this man on the team. Very unprofessional service Called from 6 AM waited an hour they did not even have A truck dispatch to me they finally dispatch one to me at 10 AM and they say that they’re looking for me when in the email I sent said “PUMP 20” I told the lady on the phone I hadn’t even started doing business with them and already regret it, turns around and tells me “I’ll cancel the dispatch” and hangs up never answers again. 6am-11am still broken down now I have to find another roadside because Kooner couldn’t do their job nor find pump 20 at a pilot. Edit: the mechanic not ONCE reached out to me, how could I curse him out? Quit lying, he probably never was en route.
