I came to this location for car maintenance and a checkup. Customer service on average these days are below my expectations. But this service department completely surprised me. Customer service was so good. I was completely caught off gaurd. I kept waiting for the something bad to happen. But they were all awesome. I actually look forward to coming back. Amazing team!

I was able to book my appointment online. For an oil change and air in my tires. They sent me reminders through texts so that I wouldn't forget and an email just incase I didn't get the text. While I was there I was able to get my school work done, because they had a work station in the waiting area. I was able to make a fresh cup of tea because that was available to me as well. When I asked how much longer would my wait be because I didn't eat that morning the rep went and got me a food tray that they had available. The rep also brought another customer a tray of food as well that was in there waiting. Overall I'm satisfied!

My experience was not so favorable. It started out with a simple 70K miles routine maintenance check and ended up being an over $2,000 repair that should not have happened.

Always at least 2 hours even for an express oil change with an appointment made weeks in advance. Go to Jiffy Lube instead. Terrible service. If your time is valuable, go elsewhere.

Needed oil change etc and had concerns about previous visits for service at Koons Baltimore so I tried to communicate issues to service rep and then his supervisor. My information from their ‘multi point inspections’ such as clearly poor brake conditions listed as “may require future action” and brake pads that hit rotor metal four weeks later - they blamed on employee no longer there. Similar item on steering component noted in July with correction requiring a wheel alignment yet a four wheel alignment was performed 5 months and only 7k miles prior. I brought this to their attention with the hope I could create an exchange to develop some degree of trust at a place I’d purchased two vehicles in three years and perhaps state that I want to do business there. They made it clear they don’t care. I forgot to mention how they couldn’t figure out out how to provide my transportation back to Security Blvd from Timonium because the service rep and his supervisor could not override the distance Uber could go to pick me up. Took an email, two voicemails, call to another service rep and then repeatedly saying “I was taken to Timonium by LYFT- NOT UBER!!!” Frankly, the inept actions seemed deliberate.

The service is a little long-winded, but the customer service is excellent. Mr. Rick Poppe is definitely an asset to your organization. Although I sat for 6 hours, Rick kept me informed the entire time. He has AWESOME customer service and was very patient in answering every question I had. This was my first time ever meeting him , but I have to say, that he treated me like family. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you so much for hiring him.🙏🏾

I recently had my car repaired because of a hit and run experience on Beltway 695. I contacted Koons Ford in Windsor Mill, MD. I contacted the collision department. Every thing went so smooth in a matter of two days. Every one was so nice and cooperative. ❣️
