The team at Koons Woodbridge service deportment specially Derek Anderson is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and always goes the extra mile to ensure my F150 is serviced properly and on time. I really appreciate the clear explanations about any necessary repairs and the friendly customer service throughout the process. On top of it they also provided Uber services to drop-off and pickup.

I utilized the pick up and drop off service. My vehicle was never dropped back off to my home. I had to call to find out the driver went home. They sent a lyft for me to pick up my vehicle and did not put the sticker for the new service inside. The state inspection was not done and I had to take vehicle back the next day because the engine light came on.

Mara Sealock, and Terrill Horton exceeded my expectations. First, Mara was very friendly and professional throughout the process of giving my Mustang a safety inspection. Secondly, Terrill Horton exceeded my expectation because not only did he arrange the schedule maintenance for my wife's Ford Explorer he took care of a way past overdue recall item. All in the same day. Terrill believes in getting things done. He and Mara rock! So glad to know both of them.

Exceeded expectations. Was there for a recall.Quickly did a service check and noted my vehicle did was not affected by the recall concern and immediately notified me allowing me to have access to my vehicle soonest. Escorted me to my vehicle and visually inspected ot to ensure the plastic seat protection and other servicing materials were removed.

Nikia, my service writer, was pleasant to work with and took note of my concern over a possible oil leak for which she had the service tech investigate. She also brought to my attention other service recommendations made by the service tech that were due for which I approved. Nikia made my appointment pleasant in that the work got done quickly as I normally wait at the dealership if the work will not require more than a day. Kudos to Nikia👍

Work was completed as promised. I have to give Koons Ford credit even though it took 4 days to repair they were able to fix a problem that another Ford dealership could not.

I was treated very unfairly I’am sorry I came to this dealership to purchase my vehicle I give the establishment poor ratings I was even told that they were not able to wash my vehicle after they serviced it. Someone else walked in and asked if their vehicle be washed and they told them. Yes I was told that they don’t do that service anymore that they did not have the people to do so Which I intern went to someone else and got it done, which they still didn’t even do a good job my windows Inside was still dirty. The car on the outside was somewhat clean, but I was still giving a poor job. my transmission on my truck is slipping periodically I’m always told there’s nothing wrong with the truck so yes, I took the truck back and I’m driving on Ford but I can tell you it’s gonna happen again. I really don’t even know what to do with this situation because a poor treatment from this location. I have been through more things than this with this establishment from ever since I purchased my vehicle if I had to refer this location to anyone, it will be no don’t ever go there so I wish someone can reach out to me in reference to the poor treatment. I have been given at this location and driving a vehicle that is malfunctioning and it’s been happening since I purchased a vehicle. I brought it back to them before and this is like the fourth or fifth time I had to take it to a service department in reference to the vehicle malfunctioning periodically.

Service and staff are super nice. Unfortunately parts are in backorder. I doubt it is due to Covid. I may need to wait few more months to get rare windshield defroster. Probably it will come in summer when temperatures get above 100.

Update Jan 2025 Gabriel in service has been helping me out the last few times and he's been great to work with. Takes his time addressing any concerns I have and this most recent time he really helped me out a lot. So updating to a 5 star for now because the service advisor Nickia deserves it. I took the truck in for a oil change right before our drive to Florida on March 10th and used the free oil change service they've offered for messing up the service last time. Picked up the truck close to evening time got some gas and parked the truck. Sunday early morning (3am) we started our drive. About 300 miles in stopped for a little break and coming back to the truck noticed something hanging under the truck. Soon checking find that the cover panel that has to be removed to do oil change was broken in one corner. Texted the dealership right away and Nickia got back to me I believe by Monday or Tuesday to schedule for replacement soon as I was back in town. I was really happy with her response and willing to work with me which shows that at least someone is trying from the dealership and trying to save the ford name. I'll go back to this place again for service again and will be dealing with Nickia directly going forward and hopefully no more service issues going forward.

Negative, avoid: My experience at Koons Woodbridge was a complete disaster. I brought my vehicle in for a free Ford recall, and they managed to mishandle just about every aspect of the process. First, they locked themselves out of my truck and scratched the paint while trying to get back in. Then, they broke the window trim and didn’t even tell me about it. To make matters worse, they sent my truck out to a separate location to get painted without informing me, and when I called to check on the status, they couldn’t even tell me where my truck was. When they finally returned the vehicle, they blamed the delay on a bad paint job. However, I’m certain it was also due to them trying to fix the window trim they broke, which they tried to sweep under the rug. On top of that, they carelessly threw my old weatherproofing into the back of the truck without any consideration for how it was handled. After all of this, they failed to follow through on their promise to wash and detail the vehicle. Worse still, my truck is now worth less than when I brought it in, thanks to the damage they caused and the 50 miles they put on the vehicle during this ordeal. To add insult to injury, I had to have them correct the mileage in and mileage out on the paperwork because they originally recorded them as the same, despite having driven it. This dealership lacks communication, accountability, and respect for their customers. I wouldn’t trust them with any vehicle, no matter how small the job. Avoid Koons Woodbridge at all costs.
