Service was good and advisor was responsive. No one really greets when you enter, and whether appointment or walk in, you'll wait 4+ hours for oil change. But I always drop off and shuttle one way and Uber back. Shuttle is clean and people are friendly.

Had my tire valve changed recently after which I was told the tire warning lights would go off after driving a couple of miles but has been on for days. I went back to have it looked at and was told I had to book for another appointment. I can't imagine I have to rebook an appointment after spending several hours before I was attended to

Just don't. Incomplete work that takes HOURS to do. You can respond to surveys and mgmt doesn't respond. Totally missed my expired Safety Inspection sticker, empty windshield washer, etc etc etc. Old added, not changed... not cleaned off of engine. Just Don't , Koons Kia same way.

I was traveling and broke down in the area. Robert with Koons Woodbridge Hyundai service department took top notch care. They took my car for diagnostics and made the repair and had me back on the road the next day. I truly appreciate the quick turnaround and professional care Robert helped provide.

All worker at Hyundai service center were excellent. The triangle with the exclamation point yellow light from my car still shows. Probably I just need to wait it out but if it doesn't go away I'll come back again. I hoping to change my endurance warranty with the Hyundai assurance soon, hopefully, going through the assurance won't take longer to contact them then with endurance. Also, I am questioning with mechanical labor I was charged, in my endurance warranty, they cover for the mechanical labor. But I will contact endurance, and hopefully they will explain why I was charged with mechanical labor. All in all, they service was excellent!

I received the best customer service from Robert Castro when getting my 2013 Hyundai Sonata fixed. When I towed my car to the Woodbridge Koons Hyundai dealership for service my family and I were prepared for the worst case scenario, the staff was very knowledgeable, provided open communication, and reassurance. While my car was being serviced Rob made sure I had access to a rental vehicle so I was able to keep my work/life balance. I would definitely recommend if you have a Hyundai to bring it to this location for service, they have a great team.

My experience at Koons was not great. The service rep Paul, was, smug and just not helpful. I made an appointment for maintenance, and I also had a recall and I needed a few other things checked. Paul went to great lengths to explain that if you schedule for maintenance, you cannot schedule for other services at the same time because those technicians wouldnt be there and that it's like going to the doctor you can't schedule different things at different times, yada yada yada. I explained that I was not aware of that, but I listed the other services in the notes section of the scheduling system. He implied that the notes should only refer to the service I selected and basically that no one will read the notes. This should have been a short conversation. Even though I was annoyed that I would have to come back for the other services, I understood why. But no Paul went on and on ad nauseum about another customer who scheduled service for Genesis, blah blah blah. I didn't want to hear it, and he knew it but persisted instead of simply saying okay, and let's get you scheduled for those other services. He did say that, but after saying all the other things. He was so unhelpful and really annoying. Even when I closed out with him, all he did was hand me my key and the paperwork. He didn't say everything looks good Mrs so and so. I even asked him are you not going to go over anything with me. I don't even remember what he said because I couldn't wait to get to the end so I could ask for his name so I could write about him when I received my request for the survey. Some reps at Koons have been nice and even ask at the end if you are completely satisfied with the service and is there anything else they can assist with and stress how important the survey is. Not Paul. Perhaps it was his last day so he didn't care what his customers thought of him. That would explain his obnoxious, condescending way, or maybe he was having a bad day. No matter what the reason - I understand that the only way to avoid dealing with someone like Paul is to not deal with someone like Paul. I should have asked for another service rep. Lesson learned. I received a follow-up call from Customer Relations, but I missed the call and they did not get me back, after calling twice. I would have told her about my horrible experience and given Koons a chance, but all is well. I will take my car to Safford in Springfield. They are always busy, so it's not easy to get an appointment, but maybe there is a reason for that.

Overall my experience with Koons during my last visit was well. The employees were kind and attentive. I will say, I came on time to my appointment and there was a little bit of a wait. Additionally, I dropped the car off at 8am and did not receive my car back until end of day (which normally isn’t the case for the service I received). Overall though, my experience was a good one!

This was the worst experience i’ve ever had at a car dealership. Mind you, i came in to get my interior lights turned on and the doc charger that hasn’t worked since i bought my brand new 2024 car from this dealership 1 YEAR AGO. First time i came in i was waiting for 5 hours for them to tell me i need to come back another day. Next time i came in, i waited the same amount of time with the same result. Time after that, i dropped it off and they told me they would be done by the end of the day; they held my car for 1 week and told me they need to keep it longer until i asked for a rental car (which they also did not give me the full $250 back that they charged me for, they still owe me more than $76). I consistently had to call myself for updates rather than them calling me, Paul got sassy with me whenever i called and told me to look up terms on Google because he did not know what he was talking about, they lied to the insurance company (told me it was progressive’s fault for my car problems but when a progressive administrator came to the dealership to understand more they acted like they didn’t know what i was talking about) and got mad at me when Paul thought i administered a claim when i didnt, they didn’t want to send me the survey because they told me i already had it and denied resending it to me because they knew i would turn in a bad one and THATS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY, and after i had to request to talk to the general manager that is when they were finished with my car 2 days later after not giving it to me for a month and a half. Even after they gave me back my car my air conditioning doesn’t work like how it did prior. they don’t even deserve 1star.
