****3/28/23*** called for help again on my van this time Always great and amazing service. Fast , trustworthy and understanding. Thanks again! I called on a Thursday for repair on my Dodge Avenger needing a crankshaft replacement. They got me in on that next Tuesday I brought it in the morning. They called me at 5 saying it was all finished and he would stay an extra hour so I can pick it up since I was taking a cab. The drivers window would not roll up already a problem I had before and without hesitation they rolled it up for me! So nice! They wouldn't even allow a tip! Very punctual great service and fast response. Thanks so much I'll be using you in the future for any work I'll need done!

Donny was very informative and transparent when I brought my Jeep to him. He quickly diagnosed a problem that, had he not had experience with the issue, would have resulted in a much larger problem. Thankful for his knowledge and willingness to help me out.

Had a shimmy when braking. Took it to another place. They replaced my rear brakes which didn't fix the issue. Took it back and they now wanted to replace my front pads and rotors as well. I decided to take it here. I believe he was straightforward and honest with me. He turned the rotors, and kept the same pads, which still have a lot of life on them. That resolved the issue. He charged me less than 1/4 what the other place was trying to get out of me. He was honest with me and resolved the problem. Definitely recommend him!

I’ve had various repairs & oil changes at Koory’s over the last few years, and while my previous experiences were mostly pleasant, something happened recently that sorely shifted my view of the business. My girlfriend recently got a quote from Koory’s for a few different repairs on a 2008 Jeep Compass, and the quote was around $2,000. At this point, she contemplated just buying a different car, as a $2000 repair on a 12 year-old car is hard to justify. I encouraged her to get another quote at a different Omaha mechanic, and the estimate came out to be $850. I don’t know if the two shops saw something different in the vehicle (I doubt it), but this kind of margin & markup is absolutely insane, and it honestly seems a little predatory of a business to try to financially exploit a college-aged girl with little knowledge about cars. Not cool.

Quality of work and service is outstanding. I strongly recommend Koory Motors for all your repairs and vehicle maintenance. I find the parts and labor much less expensive compared to dealerships. They won't sell you anything you don't need.

The service technicians and salesmen at Koory Motors are by far the most honest and dependable of any I have ever met. The vehicles that Koory Motors sells are always dependable, and the price is always very fair. As a woman, I especially dread having to purchase a car or get repairs done as I have dealt with far too many crooks. However, I never have to worry when I take my car to Koory Motors as I am always treated with the utmost respect and never pressured into buying something I don't need or want. I trust them expicitly and wouldn't take my business anywhere else. Everyone needs a good mechanic, and I highly recommend Koory Motors.
