I brought my car in for repair last week and they made the entire process with my insurance claim and rental car so quick and easy. The staff members were super friendly and helpful through everything. Upon getting my car back, you could never tell my car was ever damaged at all! Highly recommend!

The moment I got hit from behind while waiting at a signal, I started worrying about the battery. This was my first time having an electric car accident, so I was more worried. I was very worried because I had heard from many friends that repairs would take a long time, that the battery part might not be repairable, and that there would be various problems even after repairs. I contacted him after being recommended by a friend, and he helped me with car towing service as he already had a lot of experience repairing electric vehicles. Insurance company lawyers, etc. It was so convenient because everything was done here. About a month later, I received a call to pick up the car. The bumpers, trunk door, side fenders, etc... were finished so perfectly with nothing out of place.

Great service. Previous auto shop said repairs will be done in 4 months earliest, but they got it done in 1.5.

I had significant damage to my car after an accident and Koreatown Auto Body were able to revive it to its original state! They were very kind and accommodating, even helping me to get my car towed from the accident scene. Price was very reasonable as well. Will definitely be returning!

First off, I usually don't ever write reviews for anything at all. However, Korea Town Auto Body provided spectacular services that really deserve more notice and appreciation. I had gotten into my first car accident and was looking for an auto shop for repairs. Been to a couple other shops before here but as soon as I visited and walked into the office, I knew this was the one to go with. You're greeted by a nice, clean, and very well-managed office with friendly staff. I was extremely anxious about the damages to my vehicle, the situation I was at the time, and overall I was just under a ton of stress. James, the owner, had helped me in explaining the whole process, providing his professional insight and recommendations, and answering all the detailed questions I had, as someone who had never been in an accident before. It was obvious to me that he wasn't trying to rip me off or try to sell other services they had to offer and really built the trust I needed as a skeptic. Once my vehicle was dropped off, Branden helped me through start to finish. He and his team followed up with insurance companies, parts manufacturers, and other necessary personnel to get things rolling as soon as possible. I had other things going on so I really needed my vehicle ASAP and they helped me get a rental vehicle the day I dropped mine off and ensured me that I wouldn't have to do anything on my end. As someone who just can't keep still, I just couldn't believe the services they were providing and still am surprised to realize how easy everything was taken care of, without me having to do anything. I'm sure I bugged them way more than I should have, but they never once disappointed me in keeping me updated, providing me with detailed explanations of what was going on, and just keeping everything on track. Not to mention, they are a certified shop for so many different brands (my vehicle with Hyundai)! If you're looking for a shop that handles your brand, I highly, highly recommend Korea Town Auto Body!

Love Ktown Auto! Found them when I was quoted an insane price by another company to fix a windshield leak (what?!?!). They came through with a way lower & reasonable price, fast service & great customer service. So we started coming to them for everything. I will say... I have to call them sometimes to follow up, but I don't mind cause let's be real, we are all busy these days!

I fixed my infiniti here. This shop is infiniti certified and they did fix my car amazingly. My car is like new.

I got my Toyota Corolla and now Nissan Versa fixed here. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly. Nice waiting area. The work done on my car is good quality, not that one day paint job. They also have rental car available. Price of repairs is okay because my insurance paid for it. Highly recommended

Brought my car in for a quote on some body work. After taking pictures and giving them my information — They said they’d send over a quote within 30 min. A day goes by without hearing anything so I call. The receptionist takes my info and says she’ll follow up and make sure they send out the quote. I ended up calling back each of the next 4 days and was promised the quote was coming each time. It’s been a week and still nothing. Do not waste your time here.

Workers are very kind but their work is not really good.. It took almost a month but I can still see so many scraches and unfinished job. I will go back there and see if they can fix them...
