There aren't enough stars for Kremer. I have literally driven back home from Nashville and New York to have them work on my car. I just took my car to them again and thought it would never start again. They of course fixed it better than new. I even have a 6 year warranty from Chevy and would rather pay them because I trust no one but Kremer. Great service and even better people if that is possible!

This was my worst experience with an automotive shop. I had an issue where the overdrive in my car appeared to have gone out. I called them and explained this. They got their "transmission guy" on the phone- So I was told. When I got there the guy came out and plugged his computer into my car. Told me that he was going to research the code and get back to me. I asked if I could leave my car with him, and he agreed. The next day they were about to close and I didn't hear anything so I called them. They told me that they thought it was a bearing for my 4th gear that blew out. I asked if it was something they could do; they responded with "Yes, but we have a lot of cars and I'm not sure if this is something we want to get into at the moment". I told them if they could find time or room to do if for me I'd really appreciate it because I didn't know where else to go and if the car would make it. I was then told "We will see what we can do for you". Another day goes by and nothing still. No phone call. So I call the shop again for an update and they ask tell me that they tore apart my car and have the part that I need. This was without calling me first so I could give the go ahead, or to give me an estimate of work to be completed. They proceed to tell me they would like me to go pick up this part, and drive 25 miles to the Hyundai dealership and show it to them so hopefully they know what it is and can order it for me. I've NEVER in my life heard of a shop asking you to do parts runs for them. Since I work during the week I couldn't and I explained this. Once again, I was told "We will see what we can do for you". Another day, no call again. I call in and they say they can't get the part anywhere and that nowhere will deliver it to them and they can't leave to get it because that means they can't work on cars. Unbelievable. So I call Hyundai myself and ask if this was true. They told me they will certainly deliver parts and that they never spoke to Kremer Automotive about a Hyundai. So I called the shop back to tell them that Hyundai will deliver the parts, but it's a special order so they needed to order it now to give it time to get there. They told me they would call them and take care of it. Next day, yet again, no phone call. It's been a week at this point. I dropped my car off on Monday and it was Friday. On my way into work I stopped to talk to them and see where everything stood. When I arrived I was very nice and polite. I said who I was and which car was mine and asked what was going on. They guy responded like this " Want to know whats going on? I'll tell you what's going on". He then proceeds to hand me three pieces of paper with part diagrams on them and then says "Here, figure it out." I couldn't believe he said this to me. I got pretty angry and demanded that they put my car back together that day and got it out their shop. He said okay I left. Later on that day I went and picked it up unfixed after a week in their shop. Oh, and it never was that bearing in my transmission. It was a ground wire on my Trans-axle that was shorting out. My mind is just blown with the service that I got. How unprofessional and disrespectful they were. My uncle owns a shop, and I've been around shops my whole life. I've never seen one ran like this. DO NOT take your car there for anything serious, if at all. I never write reviews, but this was so bad I had to let others know.
