I broke down late Saturday night and got ahold of these guys early on sunday morning and they came right out got me and my truck and took me back to there shop and got me up and running by Monday! Great to work with and was very cold out at the time.

I've never left a bad review on anything, but when I pay $100 to get my truck, not truck AND trailer, washed, and leave the dude a tip, I gotta to say something. When I got to my truck to leave. It literally looked like I had maroon and brown camouflage paint job, from the spots that he missed. I'm not even going to mention the rims. I left a 2 star rating on account of the people were nice. If it hadn't cost me $100 + tip, Ida just shook my head and gone down the road. But this was my bosses hard earned money and I feel I owed it to him to say something. Since my momma always told me to say something nice or don't say anything at all, i wll close with this, the places that didn't get mised, really do look good.

Krone diesel guys are a rip off, did a road service only 20 miles and charge me $600 just to go there and check the truck didn't do any work just showed up there . Don't call this people no heart, rude and way overcharged you.

Met the owner today! Her and her husband do more than we thought! Diesel repairs, truck washes, etc! We brought our RV in, and the prices are great! Please stop by! These folks are a well-oiled machine!

I went there Friday for repair when i was there they said will repair it after 2 hrs they tell me can’t do it today they will do it on Monday when i went there on Monday they told me to wait 2 more hrs after 2 hrs when i ask them they start harasst me he been racist he cuss me out he came behind me with rod they wasted my 3 days because in weekand i stay 3 days in my truck on flyingj pump i didn’t do anything and charge me 143.10 $ I don’t want to gave him 1 star don’t waste your time and be careful

The best truck shop there is, I had two weeks in Rock Spring Wyoming, spending a lot of money in different shops and Mr. Zack Krone fixed my problem in an hour and super cheap, I recommend him 100 percent!!

Krone diesel got us back on the road after we were stranded on the highway. Unfortunately it was short lived as they only replaced the starter and did not check the batteries. The next time we turned the vehicle off it once again would not start up. The mechanic mentioned that they did not have a battery tester but did not make it clear that our batteries were likely shot. He started us with a jump and sent us on our way. We should have turned off the vehicle right then and verified start up but we trusted the mechanic. We were also paying “holiday prices” on Veterans Day which amounted to $1000 to replace the starter. This did include the mobile mechanics drive out to the highway where we were stranded but his mobile visit did not get us moving so we also paid for a tow to their shop on top of this price. I know they tried their best but it would have been nice if they made it more clear that it was just a bandaid fix and we would need new batteries next time we turned off the vehicle. The starter that they put on also stopped working a couple weeks later but I guess that is just junk refurbished parts from oreillys.

This guy is AMAZING!!!! We have been in the trucking business for 35 years and have dealt with many shops in many states. But none as honest and hard working as this one. Zack went out of his way to help get our truck on the road. Our front rear end went out of one of our trucks passing thru WY and Zack offered to drive to Salt Lake City to get parts for the rear end. They did not have the parts so my husband and I brought a rear end from Missouri to him in WY to put in the truck. He took the rear end out and had it ready to install the new one as soon as we arrived to his shop. He had the truck ready to go the very next day. I cannot say enough good things about this business. He stayed in constant contact with us and updated us during the entire process. I wish we lived closer. We would use him daily for all our trucks. one of the greatest experiences i ever had in a mechanic since being on the road for 15 years.. Zach was the most honest and fair mechanic that I have ran into over the road. my driver abandoned the truck after the turbo blew out, I got in contact with Zach thru a referral and thank God he treated me great he even pick me up from the airport when I flew in, no extra charge once again thank God for fair and honest mechanics like zach at krone diesel
