These guys did a used car pre purchase inspection for me and found that the radiator was on its last leg. Thanks to this the dealership replaced it for free. Service was fast friend and helpful, going as far to show us what he found while it was still in the car bay

This guy Alex is shady, very rude, & unprofessional! He “fixed” my engine in October of last year & by fixed I mean he gave me one engine that was worse than my previous one that was seized, so therefore he had to get another one, he even said “he was trying to cut corners & save money” So he put another one in & my check engine light came on immediately after driving off his lot. fast forward to few months ago my AC went out three times due to damaged parts from him removing & putting in two engines very sloppily. . Fast to now, I have engine & coolant leaking due to the fact he put GLUE inside of my oil filler compartment & so much more! If I was you, I would never take my car to this place! Contacting a lawyer very soon! Hope this helps someone!

I was ready to buy a used truck off of facebook marketplace but wanted a professional inspection before making my purchase, and after calling multiple shops, Krumer was the only one that said they would take me in as a walk in and help me immediately. Alex took one look at the truck and immediately started pointing out things that were wrong with it that I never would have known otherwise, as I'm not very car-savvy. After they put the truck up on the lift, he immediately called me in to show me all the damage that was done to it and the shoddy, highly unprofessional repairs that someone had done. He gave a very rough cost breakdown and timeline for when he expected the truck to break down and about how much it would cost to fix when that happened, and that info was more than enough to prevent me from buying the vehicle that less than half an hour before I was more than ready to purchase. Alex easily saved me several thousand dollars, and who knows the amount of headache I was spared had this thing broken down while I was off in the mountains. Can't say enough how happy I was with my experience here. Alex and his team are true professionals and I'm incredibly thankful for the work they did for me today, especially on such short notice.

EXCELLENT! !!!!!! Our 2017 Jeep was not running well & we googled & we found Alex with rave reviews!!! Krumer Auto tech !!! The excellent reviews definitely match Alex's knowledge and customer service. After a new engine replacement our buggy is back to normal. Alex explained everything in detail and was very helpful with other repairs and recommendations. Lowery is SO LUCKY to have a very honest and mindful mechanic Guy in the neighborhood! Alex is truly a saint. Multiple times we’ve gone to him when other shops were telling us we had to do this and that, and it would cost hundreds/thousands of dollars, and he explained how the problems could be solved much more easily. He truly is one of the few honest-to-the-core mechanics out there and we can’t recommend him enough!

I found Alex at Krumer through the positive reviews here, and I have to say my experience with him lived up to everything I read. Multiple shops quoted me insane prices to do a coilover conversion from an air suspension. Alex’s prices were reasonable and he got the job done quickly. But here is where he earned my trust and business: I had to take the car to another shop for wheel alignment. This requires an $80k massive machine that takes up a lot of garage space, so they don’t have it at a small shop like Krumer. Not a problem. But when I took it to Brakes Plus on Mississippi, they said the suspension was installed wrong and they couldn’t fix the alignment. Worried, I went back to Krumer to get an explanation. Alex promptly lifted my car up and spent 30 minutes with carefully showing me everything they did and why the suspension was installed correctly. When I took it to another sho for the alignment, they confirmed everything was good and actually told me that Brakes Plus location was known for issues. What I appreciate is that through this process, Alex and his staff stood by their work and were generous with their time in actually showing me in great detail and with great patience, exactly what they did. Alex is someone I will trust for future services and anything else I need on my card. He works with his son also. They’ve been around for 28 years. The clowns at Brakes Plus will probably be somewhere else in a year. As a family business, they are here for the long haul and it starts with the quality of the work they do.

These guys do not care for your vehicles, they care for your pocket. They don’t communicate well, they are very rude, and if you have any issues they will feel as if you’re attacking them personally. The 4.8 rating fooled me honestly and i will never bring any business back here or recommend it to anyone. I brought 3 different cars here and in the end realized you can’t give people the benefit of the doubt. Scammy place.

Very hard to believe that this business gets an overall 4.8 rating. The owner is completely unprofessional. Never keeps his word on time-line and is irresponsible with customer cars. He took my car for a 25 mile joy ride and never bothered to order parts on time. Hint: if you hate dealing with customers, you should get someone else to do that
