Terrible mechanic. I had my car sitting at Kim’s shop for 2 years when I was promised 2-3 month turn around. I had an engine and trans put in and trans blew 3 times which fell under his warranty and he did fix. So far holding up for the third time but engine blew 2 pistons a rod and timing chain broke somehow. Didn’t even want to take it back because every visit is at least 3-4 months. Bad communication. Bad business

Hi, I recently went to KT automotive to get a diagnostic done and they did a horrible job when I took my Car there I highly regret going there!!they took parts off & everything was scattered everywhere,and it was hard for the other to do his job because KT didn’t do theirs.they savagely threw everything inside the car, even breaking my glove compartment on the way.THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.!!(11/17/23)

Best experienced ever. What a dealership couldn't find or correct. Kim did!!! I was so happy and satisfied with the professional work that he did on my vehicle. I was also very impressed with the pricing and timely matter of getting it to me ASAP. I know now is not the time for anybody's vehicle to be going out on you. But if it does he's the man to get it done without hurting your wallet. Great pricing and great work you can count on and put your trust in. I've been in this industry for a long time but this is my number one place to go to. I brought my 2012 Ram 1500 5.7l Hemi in for a major repair on my engine (camshaft and lifters) and Kim took great care of me. I have had trouble in the past with an auto shop that really took me for a ride and after talking to Kim at KT Automotive i felt that he was a man of his word and it turned out to be true! He did great work on my truck and I am very pleased. His knowledge and expertise along with customer service is top notch! I would recommend KT Automotive Repair to anyone who needs work done. I came all the way up from Tucson and would do so again if I need another repair. The price quoted was spot on, with no hidden charges. I am very pleased. Thanks KT Automotive Repair.

Little hard to find but so are diamonds definitely recommend KT auto repair to anyone in need of quality service at a great price fixed my wife’s ac had us back on the road in no time without a doubt I’m bringing my Nissan to get some work done as well

Kim fixed my 2013 Scion FR-S in an extremely timely manner. He had the best pricing I could find in the Phoenix metro area. He sent me pictures and videos during the repair to show me what exactly was wrong. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable mechanic to give him a call.

Very helpful! Plus affordable labor cosy! The guy who owns the place Kim Was incredibly helpful and honest I highly recommend this as I am a delivery driver and have dealt with a lot of mechanics
