My jeep stopped running I didn't know what to, to men in apartment complex helped me, and the older gentleman told me about all of you. I like this place. It’s fairly quick most of the time. I scheduled an oil change a week prior to coming in. Got the earliest appointment time to make sure I could be in and out as well. Took almost 2 hours to do my oil change. No issues that they brought up requiring it to be that long. Not sure why it took so long. I have an Audi Q8. I asked some friends and family and they were confused on the long wait time. I know this is not an valvoline shop so I’m not expecting a 15 minute oil change. But I definitely expected an hour max seeing as I was the 2nd person there in the morning (girl ahead of me was buying parts or something) andddd I had an appointment. My other guess is that they had cars overnight that they prioritized. I just wish someone could’ve updated me an hour in at least. I should’ve went up around the hour and a half mark but the guy on the phone was in and out of the shop and also managing the phone. Overall a little frustrating but I’m only leaving the review because you guys texted me to leave one so I’d like to be honest. Shop in general is still nice and friendly people. Love the cat upfront. Just be a bit better on communication if you guys are busy. I promise people will be more understanding vs waiting with no updates.

KWIK KAR AUTOMOTIVE on Green Hills Rd.- BAD- extremely arrogate and rude owner!!!! I arrive for my appt. and I am waiting in the lobby. No one is there. Then one of the owners walks in from the garage and answers the phone without acknowledging that I was standing there at the counter where he answered the phone. He runs upstairs with the phone. I wait 10 min and go out into the garage to see if someone else could help me and no one was there. I decide to call their number to see if anyone would answer the phone. He answers. I tell him I am waiting in the lobby for my appt and he hangs up on me. He comes downstairs and I asked him if he hung up on me and he said yes he did because I honked at him. Then he asked me what I needed. I told him I had an appt for an inspection. He looked in the book and he sees my name. He says he did not like that I had honked so he is not going to deal with that and for me to go somewhere else. Here is what he is referring to........When I arrived I could not pull into the parking lot because there was a car parked and blocking the entrance and no one was in the car so I did a short honk to see if someone was there to move the car. Then a guy (the owner) comes over to move the car and then goes into the back of the building. He said that was rude of me to honk I should have known what they were doing and for me to go somewhere else. I was actually reluctant to go there in the first place because in the past I had read a lot of negative reviews about how disrespectful they are and they rip people off. But I thought it is just an inspection, no worries and they are close to me. But, now I am one of those writing a negative review. The place actually looks like a used car lot and not a mechanical repair shop for customers. His rudeness could have lost him thousands of dollars because I am going to being buying 2 used cars this year. But I won't step foot in that place.

This shop is pretty sleazy. I had a diagnostic done and a quote provided, it all seemed very reasonable. The next day I gave them the go-ahead to do a couple thousand dollars worth of work .. later that morning, I got a message saying that one of the parts that I needed was discontinued at their supplier and that they would need to get it directly from the dealership .. that change added several hundred dollars to the original price quoted, but Tanner who I worked with said that it was the only option. I told them to hold off on the work and called around to other shops, other shops had no problem sourcing the parts that Kwik Kar said had been discontinued .. When I told Tanner that I would get the work done elsewhere he sent me a picture of their 20% cancelation policy. At that point he had only provided me quotes, I had not committed to the new work. I explained that and he quickly gave up on the scam, told me my keys would be in my car. They rope you in with a good quote, the first scam is a discontinued part .. it's going to cost more to source the part somewhere else .. The second scam is that cancellation fee .. save yourself money and a headache, go somewhere else. Update: One of the items Kwik Kar quoted me for was not even an issue. Two other shops looked at my car and said there was no issue .. and they didn't miss it, I told them what to look for based on Kwik Kar's quote

First time coming here, it was just for a vehicle state inspection in a new used car we just bought, the tech was very thorough and noticed the oil change was 9000 miles over due, they were able to get that completed at the same time. I will be bringing my other vehicles here for service!

Your service is terrible! Charge me for a diagnostic and then your diagnostic about my break fails because at the emd of the repair, when I was getting in my vehicle it had a bad smell. Then you told me something else is needed to replace. Additionally of the break pads I had to pay extra $$$ for caliper only the passenger one bc the drivers one will last forever, he said… 10 days later wheels are covered in black dust and when hitting the break my vehicle tends to move to the side. Called today and your crew told me I have to change the right caliper .. again?? When I told him it was changed he hung up on me and when I tried to call again the phone automatic system is asking me to enter my phone number.. why?? Do You want to know who is calling that way you know it s me and wont answer my cals because I will tell you what you dont want to hear? Trying to contact Randy, the manager. He should be aware how your crew works and how bad treat to your customers. Otherwise I will contact to the BB
