I am a customer of Kwik Kar. Today, I was driving down the freeway and something in the road flew up under my vehicle and bent the heat shield for the muffler up against the drive shaft making a horrible noise. I stopped at Kwik Kar, they checked it out, fixed it for me and didn't charge me for it. They were very helpful and kind. Thank you for your generosity.

My husband went to get my tires balanced and arrived at 5:13pm and had 5 employees standing around told him they didn’t have time to help us mind you they closed at 6 I won’t be going back this is the 3rd time they didn’t have time for a simple task :/

Stopped in today to get my car inspected. As always I was greeted promptly and told how long my wait would be. I've had repairs done here for several years. The service is always first class. The prices are fair. The small waiting area has a Keurig coffee maker, bottles of water, and Life savers. The TV is on ESPN and the restrooms are clean. They do everything right. Update 9/6/2024. Still the best shop to come to for repairs and inspection. Same pleasant knowledgeable technicians. It will always be my "go to."

Had my oil changed ,parked my truck for 2 days to come out and find oil all over my garage floor. I called and the man who answered said "well no one is exempt from making mistakes". My truck is new 5000 miles on it this was first oil change. So looking at my truck I noticed the oil dip stick was laying on fan shroud lol and oil is all over my new trucks engine and engine compartment. Plus I was roughly 1 quart low. The man at Kwik Kar who answered asked me to bring it in yeah ok no! I knew I should of changed my own oil like I always do but I was in a hurry. I will never ever go back .

I have been coming here for years. They have always been honest and upfront about repairs I did or didn’t need to make. I have had my Maverick oil change done a few times so far. It’s one where the whole bottom plate has to be removed so I am sure it’s not a favorite being more difficult. (Thanks Ford) No stripped or lost screws and they even labeled what sizes are where to avoid damage guessing and or wasting time. My last vehicle was a 17 year old Frontier and still ran perfectly after years of being serviced here. Great owners and great workers. I don’t review much because it’s hard to trust anything review related nowadays but they are the real deal and my decade plus of maintenance records backs that up.

I told my son 17 yo to go up and get an oil change and if they show you the air filter and it’s dirty have them replace it. Well they told him he needed air filter , cabin filter, tires rotated. The mechanic never went over what each one would cost and never even showed him the filters . The mechanic even told me he didn’t show him the filters lol. Basically what I feel happened here is they saw a young kid come in and took advantage of his lack of knowledge about cars. If I was there I would have asked to see them. Came out spending $172.55. Won’t be back. Updae1. Posted this one week ago and also sent an email to the owner I’d assume and still no call back. One person that had left a review stating they take advantage of unknowledgeable people is very true in our case here. If the owner or manager would please call me back I can prove this. My number was in the message I sent through your website. Thank you . Update 2. I’m very surprised at the response here. Seems like unprofessional responding . When I went up to the facility the technician flat out told me he did not go over what each service would cost. He said he told him what the total was. Never showed him filters. The tech even told me he didn’t show him. The cabin filter was done the last time it was at the dealership 3200 miles ago . He didn’t need the cabin filter replaced. I did leave a message in the contact tab on the Kwik kar site under your store. You may want to check into that before insinuating I’m lying. By the way my boy has a job, makes money , and has his own debit card. No need for me to send him with mine.

The employees here are very polite, up front and honest. I left my car there overnight to get my air compressor replaced the next day and I ended up not needing to get it replaced and rather than do it and make money off me they called to let me know that there was actually no issue and saved me $500 and charged me nothing. Will gladly go back for any car issues.

They always provide great service and only recommend what I need. I take my vehicle here any time I need it serviced. Great group of mechanics and they are always friendly and helpful. Mike, Ray and Chuck are the best. I drive 45 minutes just to come and use this location. Would highly recommend anyone to take their vehicle here!

I had coolant leaking from under my car. I went to Kwik Kar to have the situation taken care of. They were very busy that day and the next, but I was told they could get to it on Friday. Unfortunately, I just had a melt down over the stress of the car and a recent death. Nathan was so professional, and so understanding. He assured me that it was just a mechanical issue that could be easily repaired. He took time to show compassion and empathy. I took the car back on Friday, it was repaired within an hour and at the cost that was reasonable. I did not get the names of the other employees, but the invoice shows MEP, MM and CCC. Thank you for the wonderful repair service and human touch in service I received.

Quick and easy. Was in town for the holiday weekend. I was able to call and they got me right in, even let me leave my truck there for a few hours while I was moving a friend. Highly recommend!

Update: I received a call from Ray in regards to my review, he was sincerely apologizing for the interaction I had. He let me know that he is going to call the dealership for me to see if what needs to be repaired is under warranty. He also said they are happy to take another look at my vehicle to ensure I get the right issue fixed. I will be returning to give them another opportunity and will update my review at that time. See below for original review. Original rating was one star. I am updating because I don't believe a business should be judged on one person for a one time interaction and I appreciate the prompt and genuine response to my concerns. Don't visit this location if you are a woman. My boyfriend and I came into this location because my ac in MY car stopped working. We pulled up and a guy asked us what we were there for and my boyfriend was driving so he let he said "her AC isn't working" the guy looked at me and asked follow up questions and I gave him the answers. When he came back out to give us the estimate he addressed both of us. Great experience so far. However a different guy came in to explain what was needed and was only addressing my boyfriend. Giving him the benefit of the doubt I let him know it was my car and he said "okay" and continued to only make eye contact with my boyfriend. All of this would have been fine until at the end he made the comment to my boyfriend "she's looking at me like a deer in headlights." To which my boyfriend responded " I have no idea what you're talking about" my response was "I understand exactly what your explaining but I don't like that you're talking to him when it's my vehicle." I understand that not everyone who walks in to a shop knows much about their vehicles but the disrespect was over the top for me. I have been brining my cars into shops since I was 16, I am 32 now and I have never been talked down to like I have today. Completely disappointed in this shop. He said he was going to leave a note for someone named Mike about a compressor but Mike you can throw that out I will not be back. I don't know the guys name that was rude but he needs to be talked to about addressing the customer not the person they bring with them.

Very quick and efficient. Nice waiting room with minimal noise if any. Pricing is good and the staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. Always my go to for oil changes.

Hi! I was trying to add oil to my car but was having trouble getting oil cap off, so I took my car to kwik kar and Tarrius walked up and I told him the problem I was having. He was WONDERFUL! He told me he could help me and he proceeded to add oil for me and I'm just so grateful to him. Thank you so much , Tarrius! for being so kind and helping me. This kwik kar is the best!
