I've been taking my car to this neighborhood car shop for several years and have seen staff changes periodically. The current mechanic Leon has been at the shop for at least a couple of years now and he's the best. He's one of those guys who was born to be an auto mechanic. The boss, Mike, has been very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this little spot.

This place is a joke. Do NOT go to them for inspections. The last 4 times, different people have told me “Ummm, no, sorry we’re not doing inspections today because the machine is down.” Other times it’s “we don’t have an inspector on site right now”. All of the times it looked like the staff took their time determining if they wanted to do an inspection. I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere and turn all people away from this shop.

Very poor service. I came to get my inspection. He rudely said it would be 45 minutes. I said I really don't have time. Without question he said ok thanks have a good day and walked away.

Don’t come here. Especially as a female. They take advantage of you not knowing about cars. Go to north Richland hills or anywhere else.

Arrived 20 minutes before close and the closing employee had already closed up. He had an angry look on his face because he had to come to the door, then proceeded to tell me they close early when it is slow. He asked me what I needed and when I told him state inspection he said they stopped doing that 3 months ago. That's odd because the sign for state inspections is dead center on the garage.

Beware!!!! Do not take your vehicle here unless you want it to be messed up!! VERY LAZY workers in their. I pulled up needing a oil change and inspection and the guy said “ we be like gonna be taking a break and we won’t get to yo car fo like an hour and a half “

Went for an inspection on a Friday afternoon. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly. I did not have to wait long which was really nice. I plan to return next year for my yearly car inspection.

Yes the Two guys take great care of me Leon the mechanic and the Korean boss sorry but but forgot his name but they are very helpful and take good quality in customer service helping me great work guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I give you guys 10 ⭐ thanks 👍🏽

Came in for a state inspection, which did happen without too long of a wait (and the reason for 2 stars instead of 1). However, the customer service was one of the worst I've experienced. I think a total of 10 words were spoken to me the entire time, mostly just staring until I would notice and respond or come up to the counter. I'll be looking for another spot for next year's inspection.

Came in for an oil change. Was there for 15-20 minutes. Nobody came to the counter at all. The couple of employees I did see were in a group talking to thier friends. Ended up just leaving. Super unprofessional.

I was in the dunkin’ donuts drive through line longer than my car was in kwik kar’s bay. these guys are fast and do it right!! 10/10 recommend and all the workers are so nice!

So I came to get my inspection done, and I normally go to Valoline up the street, but they were super backed up. I like going there cause I don’t have to drag my kids out of the car in order to get whatever service I need done. But the workers at Kwik Kar were super nice and asked me to wait in the lobby. I asked if there was anyway I could just sit in the car since I had my baby with me, and he immediately was like oh ya that’s fine and worked with me. I know it seems like a very simple thing, but to a mom that has to drag a baby, a bag and as many toys as I can hold, it means a lot!

Went to get my state inspection done and Kenneth was so helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. I recommend this shop at this location if u want to feel valued as a person and customer.
