I recently went to get just an oil/filter change and was charged $109. For that service I was told that my interior air filter was dirty and should be change for $30. I turned it down knowing that filters cost about $7.50 and that I ha a couple at home. When I got home I found that the old air filter has be reinstalled upside down. I also found that the car was overfilled with oil by about a quart and that 3 of my valve stem caps were missing. Two of tires were low on air. I had been doing business with this establishment for several years and believe they must have had a change of management. it's safe to say that i won't be going back.

My best friend recommended this place as he goes here for his service. I can understand why he does because the customer service is excellent at a good price for your oil change. They are also most certainly quick.

The guys here take good care of my old truck. Oil change, fluid changes, master cylinder change, and inspections. They also recommended an excellent mechanic for when they can not do the work.

These are the only folks I trust to take care of my vehicle. They are efficient, transparent, reasonably priced, and actually want your vehicle to run! I trust them completely and would highly recommend them for oil changes, inspections, or other car maintenance.

Great customer service, the gentleman explained to us why the windshield wipers were making a very squeaky noise. He replaced them and a great job. We also got an oil service and they were very fast and efficient and exactly what kind of oil we needed.

The guys at Kwik Kar looked after us yet again. I came in for an inspection and oil change, knowing there were a couple of overdue items from last service. Joe was so nice when we arrived and then Sam went above and beyond to explain each item to us (the guy should be on TV with some of his metaphors). We ended up spending over $500 and money well spent, considerably cheaper than other shops and the customer service is next level. Thank again guys!

Completely unprofessional. The attendant with the gun in waistband, (which is not a deal breaker) was not friendly nor provide any information or ask any questions. Just said: "go park and talk to the receptionist". I went in and she had no idea what oil I needed. She suggested I check my vehicle so I got in my car, and head straight to their competition. I will not go back nor recommend anyone to them.

The best car service I've had in over 5 years. From the time I pulled up to the time they had the oil change done and keys back in my hands was under 10 minutes. Super friendly staff, and reasonably priced.

I 100% recommend this location. Scott truly takes care of his customers. My high-mileage vehicle had a small issue after a recent visit, and Scott & Sam went above and beyond to resolve it. This Kwik Kar location is staffed with honest, transparent mechanics. All of my other experiences here have also been pleasant (and speedy!). I will not take my vehicle elsewhere.

So fast. Just so fast. Putting the Kwik in my day. Did I mention they are fast... And helpful... And polite... And fast? I'd write more but they are already done with my inspection... And oil... And fluids... I haven't gotten out my laptop... or called my Grandma... poor Grandma... when I use to go to "the Lube" that I thought was fast, where I enjoyed the comfortable waiting room. And got to chat with Grandma. And got out my laptop to answer emails. And downloaded games to my phone. I could get comfortable since I had time to settle in and really "set up" in the waiting room. Does Kwik Kar have a waiting room? I don't know cause they are that fast. Sorry Grandma...

Absolutely amazing experience. I was immediately helped when I pulled in. The lady at the front desk was extraordinarily friendly and had a nice chat with me about Deftones while my car was being inspected. Nicest employees I have seen. The inspection was quick and had no issues. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
