They cross threaded my oil plug and all the oil came out in a remote location on US 59. I incurred over $700 in damages including towing and they refused to compensate me. The dealership said that this kwik kar location damaged the threading so bad that they had to replace the pan.

We went for a oil change a month ago, turns out they didn’t place the filter correctly which all of the oil was gone and filter full of oil. We went today to let them know about the issue. They replace the oil. Well, mechanic saw the car and turns out they put too much oil that mechanic had to take some out. oil was completely burn and he let us know that the oil they put was old and burned.

I am writing this review for my aunt .She had a great experience with the manager Taylor. Taylor was very professional, courteous,and very compassionate to the elderly. Been coming here for 10 years and will be coming back for many more!

Pro service from Taylor, the manager. We swung in for a vehicle inspection. Quick in and out. He gave us an extra 10 minutes of his time by telling us specific issues that can occur with our particular vehicle. Great customer service, great Auto technician. If I lived near here, this would be my go to service station. Clean lobby, clean service, Pro auto techs. Thanks Taylor.

I come here every time I have an issue. Taylor and Hazan ALWAYS go above and beyond for me. Extremely professional and down to earth. Not shady like other mechanic shops around here. HIGHLY recommend. Thanks, guys!

I have been here before a few times. It was 2 times I went to get my oil changed and they did not top off my fluids. I went today, 6/30/23 @9am, and asked the man to put air in my tires. Both guys grabbed the machine walked towards my car , wasn’t by it 10 seconds, and said I was done BUT the tire pressure numbers for my tires NEVER CHANGED. I went and let one of the guys know that I knew that they didn’t put air in my tires and he said I had to drive around for the sensors to reset. I have a 2018 GMC Acadia. When you put air in , the numbers change right then. I know. I’ve done it myself. So I told him again, then he lied and said my tires in the back were reading 50 when those were the ones that needed the air. If these people can’t do nothing for free, I wouldn’t take my car back to them EVER.

It's 5:50 and they can't do the state inspection because they close at 6! At least that's what the little guy said when after the big guy shock his head, he couldn't talk because he was on his cellphone

Yes on 7_29 I stopped by and asked to get my oil checked. They did a oil change which I did not ask for. They will not refund my money . The associate even said he thought I said oil change. I said no just check my oil to see if I needed any. They keep. Going to higher ups so they say and I'm told the only thing they can do for me is give me another oil change. Which is not. What I want just refund me and I will go elsewhere next time. We have been coming here for years and years and this is the kind of treatment I get. Why can't the store Mgr have authority to take care of me instead of all the unnecessary phone calls . I will.be taking this matters further if I am not taken care of. This happened on 7_29 and today is 8_3 .Don't call me a liar. I said check my oil not change it. I hope the upper mgt sees this and makes this right. So upset and I shock from this horrible treatment. I don't need this stress. Talked to a Mike Lee. He is worthless.

Spent over $200 for synthetic oil change and filter change plus wipers. No vaccum done inside . Expensive rates .
