Dave and the crew at the Spring Valley location were super helpful! I had two flats from hitting a pothole in front of Kwik kar, and without hesitation, Dave came out and helped me change my tire. He also made sure I had the right amount of air pressure in my tires, all free of charge. I offered to pay him for his time, to which he said no worries just glad I could help. Thanks to this, my car will be going to Kwik Kar from now on.

Fantastic experience, there was a young man who came out to greet and assist me as I was crossing the parking lot and heading to the door. He was welcoming and helpful. I needed a State Inspection, the Inspector was Ricky and again, fantastic. There was an issue with my gas cap, he educated me, just next door was an auto part store so he let me get a new one that worked great. His personality was kind and welcoming, knowledge was impressive and speed was helpful as I needed to get back to work. I've had two interactions with this location over the past two years and both were above par.

Outstanding service. Stopped in for a state inspect on my lunch break. Despite being busy, was in and out quickly, and the price can literally not be beat. Will be back for future service.

They did wait would be between 30-45 minutes for an oil change. I only waited about 20 minutes, and everyone there was very professional. Also when I got out of my car to walk into the shop, someone actually came out to me to service me. Will definitely go again!

This is my favorite oil change place. They’re fast, reasonably priced but my favorite thing is that their waiting room is CLEAN, their bathroom is clean, they always have coffee to drink and they have kids toys. My kids actually look forward to going to get the oil changed and I don’t have to freak out when they’re touching the chairs/walls/tables there. Very friendly, very clean. We’re definitely repeat customers.

I got work done at another shop, and the skid plate was not replaced correctly, making my car scrape the highway. They replaced it and gave me recommendations for the future at no charge. Thank you so much!!!

Been coming here since the day i bought my car! Eric, Rickey and Alex have all been outstanding with the work they do. Have been honest about me needing something done before they did my oil change which ultimately saved me money! I recommend them every chance I get, how could I not!

I came to this location after getting my oil changed at another location which failed to replace all of the bolts on my splash guard. David fixed the problem free of charge and had me on my way in a matter of minutes.

Never answer the phone I paid 200 bucks for ac check was told it was the compressor paid 400 bucks for the entire kit and the compressor is not the issue get some real mechanic on hand please Update: finally got ahold of the manager Mr David very professional he listened to my concern and we both had valid points very respectful have me a date and time to come back and fix the issue thank you Mr David for taking the time to listen to me

Ricky was very helpful regarding the necessary maintenance my car needed. He informed me about pricing and his recommendation on what should be serviced with my next oil change. The Clay Cooley VW dealership wanted over $700.00 (most of it related to inspection, oil change, and coolant flush) and it didn't seem right, so I left after sitting there for a hour for my car that wasn't even started on with an appointment made. Ricky said my sensor went off because I just needed to add a quart of oil and he checked the cleanliness of the oil and said to come back in 3k miles/few months to change oil and spark plugs and the coolant didn't need changing for another 20-30k miles. The recommendation made by Clay Cooley Service were based on a customer concern not actually looking to see if it was needed. They were so ready to take my money. What a shame that they lost a customer, but I also wouldn't go to them to buy my next VW. Thank you Ricky for being ethical and patient with ignorant customers, like myself. I've already told a few friends to go to y'all.

They told me my headlights had condensation and would not pass the state inspection. I was told I needed to replace the whole thing. I was confused and stressed out. I left and went to SpeedDee. My car passed the inspection with no problem. I will NEVER go to Kwik Kar again!!

Welp anyone who knows a thing or two about Texas heat needs just one more thing. When your car tries to surrender and the AC stops working, on a Sunday of all days your options are slightly limited. Luckily for me I decided to give Kwik Kar Oil Change & Auto Care a chance and I was not disappointed. I found the QQ and A trifecta. They were quick, they did a quality job and best of all they were affordable. A big thank you to the staff there for saving me from this Texas heat.
