I've been coming here for years and service gets worse every visit. This visit was for an oil change, and the state inspection. Employees are so busy attempting to upsell other services and breaking the clips on my air filter box(without permission) to show me my clean air filter, that they failed to do the tasks I requested and paid for. They charged for state inspection without doing it. They gave me a bunch of estimate and receipts so I failed to notice there was no vehicle inspection report. Unable to renew online after a couple days, I called today and the manager answered the phone. He looked it up in his system and then told me I would have to bring the vehicle in again. He claims there was an "error", but it's obvious they did not do the inspection the first time. He did the inspection today and had no interest in compensating me or reassuring me that this would not happen again. Also $96.73 for a 6 qt oil change is ridiculous.

My advice, go to Guaranteed Auto Xpress. I was the only customer in the building. These guys chewed the fat in the back office while I waited for an inspection. My car sat in the stall for quite some time before anyone started the inspection.

My husband took his vehicle to the shop a week ago.they told him that they could tune-up his vehicle.now they are saying that it needs to have additional work done to complete the tune-up but he needs to take the vehicle to a dealer ship because they don't have the proper tools to complete the job. Poor management, they cheat you with deceit and you still have to pay for the disabled mess that they've done. Out of money and time.as of 01/17/2024 vehicle is still sitting there. So disappointed, shouldn't have turned out that way, when you think that you can trust neighboring Mechanics.

Updating my review for 2025. Place is under new mgmt again. Haven't met the new manager yet, but the mechanic, "Big Will" was very nice. Service (brake check and oil change) was good and fast. Will be back.

Came in and told them I needed an oil change and state inspection. After waiting an hr and a half they said they were done. I asked if they did the inspection as well. They said I didn't ask for it yet I had to show my insurance when I got there for them to preform the inspection. Overall this location has gone downhill fast. Don't come here if you value your time.

Fair pricing with honest results: they brought me out to the garage to show me what was needed rather than just telling me. Friendly and knowledgeable staff members, and awesome coupons! They also did a great job multi-tasking, checking in with me, and making sure I didn't wait too long even though they were busy. This is my new go-to place to auto maintenance!

I waited like 20 mins to give out the keys to the technician, they finally show up give my keys to do an inspection. After that only 4 cars ahead of me for oil change according to the technician. 2 hours pass I know they are understaffed at the moment, I see my car still in the same spot and a guy shows up and appears to be friendly with one of the technicians brings in a Mini Cooper and parks it inside while mine us still yet to be serviced. I'm not sure what kinda of circus show they are running there but I would strongly advise you not to come to this establishment unless your friends with the clowns there.

Went for an oil change and inspection. Got sold spark plugs. They changed the plugs first and couldn't do the inspection until I drove it 80 miles to reset. They showed me a mouse that had died close to the spark plugs. The guy said he'd take it out. When I got home, I looked at the hood scoop and thought it looked weird. The rubber seal around the scoop was upside down. I opened the hood and pulled that off to put it on correctly, and noticed the dead mouse still there next to the NEW spark plugs. Fast forward about 1,000 miles, I had to get a repair done elsewhere, and the guy asked if I had the plugs changed recently, because he had to go in and tighten everything up, including the hood scoop. I liked this place and the people were friendly, but I would never trust them to work on my car again.

This place rocks!!! **Past review** Chivalry is not DEAD!!! These guys took such good care of me. I had a flat tire and they fixed me up quick and was courteous during the process. I will definitely recommend them and will also be a returning customer.

I brought my jeep and truck for an oil change and minor repairs. Upon retrieving both vehicles they smelled like human urine. My jeep has now had issues since going here. Update: My jeep has several issues now due to the oil flush that I was advised to get on a vehicle with over 100000 miles. Engine Variable Valve and Valve Cover Gasket.

I went to Kwik Kar for my state inspection and I was taken care of immediately. Whole process was less than 10 minutes. I will be returning to Kwik Kar for all my automotive needs.

I went to Kwik Kar on White Settlement Road for a truck inspection and they took my keys, information and told me I was third in line. Well after they finished those two ahead of me they took two more in front of me! I complained that I had been waiting for 40 minutes and was supposed to be ahead of the previous two so l demanded my keys back and left! The person behind the counter indicated that the problem happened because they were understaffed so if you go there for service be aware of poor service! I then went across the street to Take 5 and was finished in 20 minutes! Gary

I've been a customer at the White Settlement Road location since it opened in the 1990s and had all my vehicles serviced here over the years. I was disappointed with the service today for a couple of reasons. First the cost for a full-service oil change increased by almost $40 since my last oil change in May. I had no idea of the cost change before they started doing the oil change, but the $20 coupon I received in the mail did offset it some. I just don't know what the justification for the increase is since what is included in the service hasn't changed and the techs still forget to check tire pressure each time I go. The tech forgot to check the tire pressure and when I asked him to do it, he didn't put in the proper amount and had to pull the vehicle back in for a third time. There was a challenge to make a payment splitting between cash and card and all my information that used to be in the system was gone and I had to be registered like a new customer. The tech handling the transaction told me that they had put in a new system and there were problems with just that. I believe if a business is going to charge a premium price for a service, then it needs to be better.

I've visited Kwik Kar on White Settlement for many years, but I noticed as soon as I went in how it had been freshened up with new paint, more comfy chairs and and a nicer check out area. Now that's not why you go someplace to get your car fixed. But the rest was also there: polite, knowledgeable, and efficient workers. I'll return for sure.

Tried to take advantage of someone in a bad situation. Charged for a battery core and would NOT give credit for the battery going back. I had to demand the battery go back with me. And they only charged me $355 for a $210 O'Reilly battery and CRIED about me talking MY battery! Total attempted ripoff! Warning! Do not visit this location! Parasite alert!

Very unprofessional. Took my car for an inspection. Dropped off at 9:30 am and was called at 3:30 pm that they realized the keys were still there and it had not been picked up when no one even called to tell me it was ready?? I was aware that they were very busy when I dropped it off which is why I was waiting to call and ask on the status. One of the mechanics walked in and was very rude when I told him I was there to pick up my car. Keep in mind had been there 6 hours. No customer service AT ALL. Stay away.

Got an oil change that took over an hour. 2 weeks later I suddenly lose a ton of oil overnight. Took it to a mechanic thinking something must be busted and turns out they put the wrong oil filter on.

Went and had oil changed they left a socket in the power steering rack which made it to lock up. Had to go to another shop to find the problem it was a 24mm socket. Will never go back to them again. Can not keep people there about every 6months new people. Advise you not to go there.
