I brought my jeep and truck for an oil change and minor repairs. Upon retrieving both vehicles they smelled like human urine. My jeep has now had issues since going here. Update: My jeep has several issues now due to the oil flush that I was advised to get on a vehicle with over 100000 miles. Engine Variable Valve and Valve Cover Gasket.

Very unprofessional. Took my car for an inspection. Dropped off at 9:30 am and was called at 3:30 pm that they realized the keys were still there and it had not been picked up when no one even called to tell me it was ready?? I was aware that they were very busy when I dropped it off which is why I was waiting to call and ask on the status. One of the mechanics walked in and was very rude when I told him I was there to pick up my car. Keep in mind had been there 6 hours. No customer service AT ALL. Stay away.

I've been a customer at the White Settlement Road location since it opened in the 1990s and had all my vehicles serviced here over the years. I was disappointed with the service today for a couple of reasons. First the cost for a full-service oil change increased by almost $40 since my last oil change in May. I had no idea of the cost change before they started doing the oil change, but the $20 coupon I received in the mail did offset it some. I just don't know what the justification for the increase is since what is included in the service hasn't changed and the techs still forget to check tire pressure each time I go. The tech forgot to check the tire pressure and when I asked him to do it, he didn't put in the proper amount and had to pull the vehicle back in for a third time. There was a challenge to make a payment splitting between cash and card and all my information that used to be in the system was gone and I had to be registered like a new customer. The tech handling the transaction told me that they had put in a new system and there were problems with just that. I believe if a business is going to charge a premium price for a service, then it needs to be better.

This place rocks!!! **Past review** Chivalry is not DEAD!!! These guys took such good care of me. I had a flat tire and they fixed me up quick and was courteous during the process. I've visited Kwik Kar on White Settlement for many years, but I noticed as soon as I went in how it had been freshened up with new paint, more comfy chairs and and a nicer check out area. Now that's not why you go someplace to get your car fixed. But the rest was also there: polite, knowledgeable, and efficient workers. I'll return for sure.

Got an oil change that took over an hour. 2 weeks later I suddenly lose a ton of oil overnight. Took it to a mechanic thinking something must be busted and turns out they put the wrong oil filter on.

Went and had oil changed they left a socket in the power steering rack which made it to lock up. Had to go to another shop to find the problem it was a 24mm socket. Will never go back to them again. Can not keep people there about every 6months new people. Advise you not to go there.

DO NOT go to Kwik Kar White Settlement to do your oil change!!! It went up by $25 more compared to my last visit. The store person told me it is due to an increase in oil disposal costs. But still it shouldn't increase by like 45%!!! I have always been a regular at this store for the oil change. Looks like I have to go somewhere else now.

Don’t go & get ripped off! Use Brakes Plus across the street, better prices, better customer service & they won’t steal $ out of your car and blame it on an employee that is not even employed there anymore. Kwik Kar has a 24/7 alcoholic as a tech that I wouldn’t want in my car!

I brought a second vehicle in to Kwik Car Oil Change and Car Care for an oil change. It's on White Settlement Rd. I referenced some work that I needed done for another vehicle while I was there. The guy who claims to be the owner ( Roosevelt Deontye Holmes) said he could do the repair for a much better price than the dealership. I dropped my car off and paid the amount requested Not one thing was done to my car and I was scammed out of my money. He made several excuses over a week and told me I could get a refund. Never received the full amount I paid. I'm not saying they doing bad work but if he is the owner know he is willing to scam women out of their money. It's like four other places on that same street and I would definitely go somewhere else.

I had one of the most comfortable and enjoyable experiences I've had at a repair shop. Tony was fantastic and made sure to take great care of me my first time here. Honest, reliable and fair pricing. It's nice to be able to trust your mechanic. You can trust Tony and the team here. They were busy and full of cars, but still got me an oil change and tire rotation in under an hour

Roosevelt is the best mechanic there. I got a second opinion for my car at a different shop but he was able to find the problem and fix my car! He gave me alot of information and properly educated me on my car. He’s the best !!! This is the best place to take your car too

Been getting all my vehicles inspected here ever year since 2005. They are the best. I have no reason to ever go anywhere else. This used to be true. However, now with the new ownership and/or management, I cannot say the same. When the new ownership/management took over, the entire previous staff of honest mechanics and inspectors all quit. The new inspector is dishonest and will either tear your wiper blades if you are not watching or will tell you they must be replaced because they streak on a dried bug encrusted windshield, if you are watching. It is all a gimmick like headlight fluid to rip you off and upsell you something you don't need. And if you don't replace what they are trying to upsell you, they will fail your vehicle safety inspection.

If you're looking to spend more and get lied to, this is a great spot. They wouldn't pass my inspection because of 1 of 3 taillights being out. I argued and quoted the state transportation code section 547.322 which states "that passenger cars and trucks must have at least two taillights mounted on the rear, which must be red and visible from a distance of 1,000 feet..." But they didn't seem to care, even under the new management! DON'T LET THEM DECIEVE YOU!

My oil ran out 60 miles from home the afternoon of the morning I had it changed at this Kwik Kar. I had it towed back to Kwik Kar at the cost of $387. Kwik Kar immediately took responsibility for the problem, fixed it, and told me I'd be reimbursed for the tow. I spent eight weeks trying to get them to follow through on this promise. I was repeatedly put off and lied to. I called, wrote a letter, and sat in the store, being told over and over it was being handled. It has never been handled. BUT, the new owner was finally informed of the situation, and I was paid that very day. While the eight weeks were stressful and time-consuming, I give him a ton of credit for making things right, and quickly. We have been bringing four cars here for 15 years because they and fast and courteous, and almost always do good work.
