Literally the most efficient tire shop in the city! I came and dropped my car off with a flat tire, they replaced it and gave me a new one in 15 mins! Seriously the best! So glad I trusted the reviews and came here

These guys are amazing!! Here from out of state and got a flat that wouldn’t plug late on Saturday night. On Sunday morning we pulled up without notice and they got us in right away and patched the tire and the price was incredible. We couldn’t be more thankful or their help getting us home!

Called 20 different shops today no one had my size used tire or they were charging crazy prices. KY tires called me back within 15 mins and 15 mins later I was there getting a tire put on! They were extremely friendly and really fair pricing! I found my new used tire shop and I would definitely recommend to everyone!!!!!! Thank u KY tires for getting me together today!

If I could give less stars i would, showed up on a Saturday, they guy in charge looked at my car really quick,told me to come back next day around 9 or 10 in the morning for a more detailed check, I showed up next day and they all completely ignored me. They would look at me and keep walking. They helped every other person that showed up after me. STAY AWAY FROM HERE... COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL...

Absolutely terrible service. Every time I try to communicate with them they either don’t answer, give me platitudes and lies and tell me they will call me before never doing so. Bit of background, I tend to do a lot of my own car work, I recently moved to the area for college and as such I don’t have time or tools to do my own work. I bought a car with a few simple issues (front main seal leak and frozen idle pulley) and had it towed to their shop to get it fixed. I called the next day asking for progress and they told me that the car didn’t crank and they thought it was a bad ECM. The problem with that is that I had seen the car start up just fine in person two days prior. I asked if the battery was fully charged and the belt taken off and they told me the belt was off but the battery was on a jump. I then told them to charge the better y’all the way then try to start it and see if that fixed it. They said okey and that they would call me tomorrow. I wait until tomorrow, no call. Call them the next day and they say the car still isn’t working and they don’t know why. I say okay when can I expect a call? They say tomorrow. I wait two days and get no call. I show up at the store and ask to see my car. Suddenly the shop owner has a different story about why the car was running and when I look at the belt I see that it is exactly where I left it. So long story short I think they lied to me, never worked on the car and just made stuff up while wasting my time and I am towing the car to a different shop.

Awesome place. My new mechanic!! Took van in to have tire repaired, 3 others put on and oil change. Guy immediately took van back, performed all services and done in about an hour. Reasonably priced and very friendly.

Great place to bring your vehicle. Had a flat and they got me right in and going so I would not have to sit and wait. Also looked at a hose that was hanging. Great service, friendly staff and great prices. Highly recommended!!!

Not the best communicators… and I don’t mean because they speak Spanish. We also speak Spanish but they never check their voicemails so it’s impossible to communicate unless someone answered the phone. Also they overcharged us and we have no receipt or anything saying what work was done. Great people just not the most professional or customer focused.

These guys are really friendly. But I had my brakes changed on my Pilot. I had to take it back twice because the brakes were scraping. I was told they replaced them again....but they still scrape and getting worse. So, I know they were not replaced. I'll be getting them looked at somewhere else, unfortunately. They are reasonable, but not if they do not do the job correctly. I like these guys but will never use them again.

I have worked in the area for 20yrs. Didn't know they existed until my flat tire today. They seem super busy but took the time to fix my flat and got me back to work in a half hour. They do a lot of things besides tires. I will certainly go back. Give them a try.

Incredible little spot in jtown. I've been here several times for flats or new and used tires. They always have a good stock of used tires and they always get the job done so fast! Check this place out first before going to a big company.

Great garage took my F150 there , needed a quick fix they had me in-and-out in 15 minutes . Very reasonable price , change the serpentine belt. Ford money , lol I will be taking my bronco there next. Thanks guys

Not bad, not great. I had a leaking tire. They plugged it for about $20. They were busy that day and had me back on the road in about a half hour.
