This is long overdue, but when our car’s axle broke very suddenly and very inconveniently (at a busy intersection 20 minutes from home) Johnny took amazing care of us! Helped us out with a tow, was transparent and fair on pricing, and didn’t try to oversell us on anything. Super quick service, got our car back in about a a day. Great experience!!

Finally found a go-to mechanic! Johnny is very kind and honest. He explained the issue with my car clearly and thoroughly, informing me of all of my options. I usually dread going to mechanics as a woman, but he didn't try to take advantage or upsell to make more money (he even offered a discount). I cannot recommend L & T Auto Service enough!

Stop looking. Just go here. Honestly, they are really friendly and down to earth. Amazing knowledge and has a great sense when it comes to problem solving. They will do their best to give you the service you need and deserve in a timely manner. I have quite a bit of knowledge with cars but not a lot of time. So I came in for a strange noise I assumed was either my brakes or something els, but I knew about where it was located. They were able to find the issue based on what I said and give me multiple solutions and also give me advice for future driving. It's quality service here, and that's what does it for me. Edit: I have taken my car here, idk how many times now. My review will not change. He really looks out for you the best he can.

I I purchased bad gas at a gas station, which ended up damaging my vehicle. I had it towed to L&T, where Johnny impressed me with his kindness, professionalism, and excellent communication. He repaired my car efficiently and offered fair pricing. I highly recommend this shop for any car repairs!

There's not enough that can be said about this establishment! Johnny is an awesome human being and it shows with his customer service and the care and time he puts into his work and customers! In a city full of crook mechanics that love to suck you dry for every penny on below average work and parts, this place is honest and goes above and beyond to help you get your car needs situated and in a well timely manner! I took in my 2019 Honda Accord and had my brakes and oil change done. Johnny was upfront with me with all my car issues and helped turn what was already a more than stressful situation into a smooth walk in the park. I've already started telling my family and friends about this place and their more than stellar service! I'll be coming here from here on out and nowhere else! Customer for life! I went there to service my Honda Civic. Johnny is the best. He will show you the issue with the car and provide a detailed explanation regarding what is wrong. Additionally, he will provide his honest feedback regarding what your options are. At no point did I feel like he was treating me like a customer to merely profit of off. Rather, he appeared genuine, cordial and felt more like a friend offering advice. I received some estimates prior to going here and none of the other mechanics/shops offered the deal and service they offered. Moreover, the other shops didn't provide the customer care to explain and show the issue along with providing multiple options for repair. There is a reason these guys have 5 stars with over 200+ reviews. Well done Johnny and co.

Johnny is extremely talented in mechanics, communication, and just having a heart. I was taken advantage of by another mechanic and Johnny did his best to work with me to fix everything.
