Johnny is extremely talented in mechanics, communication, and just having a heart. I was taken advantage of by another mechanic and Johnny did his best to work with me to fix everything. He is always so kind and does such a good job. It’s hard finding a mechanic you can trust as a woman, but Johnny has proven to be just that.

I received excellent service from Johnny and his team. My car needed a lot of work after sitting for a prolonged period of time. L&T made me aware of what needed to be repaired or replaced. Perhaps more importantly, they told me what didn’t need to be repaired or replaced — no attempts at padding the invoice. Just great, honest work and respect for the customer. I would go here for repairs any time and highly recommend them.

Johnny took my call regarding my new alternator. He was extremely transparent about pricing and options and I was so relieved to have a reasonable mechanic. He also tightened my belt, which was being loud, for no additional costs. Will def go back.

This summer, I had an emergency with my car and called L & T Auto Service to see if they could help replace the battery I had just purchased from Auto Zone. The employee at Auto Zone wasn’t confident he could install it, so I needed another option. From the moment I reached out to L & T Auto Service, Johnny was incredibly friendly and professional. He quickly replaced the battery and even topped off my windshield washer fluid without hesitation. 9/03 I came here with an emergency. My engine was overheating. The other nearby shop I had an appointment with tried to tell me I needed a new belt to solve the overheating and also said that my battery and alternator were dying. They didn’t know that I had just replaced both a few months earlier, so I knew that wasn’t true. I called L & T because they were 7 minutes from the shop I was at. I spoke to Johnny. Even over the phone, I could tell he was a nice guy! I brought my car to them immediately, and even though it was several cars ahead of me, I was out of there in a few hours. Johnny told me I didn’t need my whole belt replaced, just the clamps because that’s where the leak was happening. Because of what the other shop said about the alternator and battery, I asked Johnny to test them for me, just to be sure. He came back and told me they were both fine!! Johnny is the kind of person you can trust to send your wife and daughter to for car needs. As a woman, I would definitely recommend this place! Very trustworthy and honest! Thank you again Johnny!!

I had an issue with my alternator a few weeks back and Johnny was so helpful, he made sure to inform me on all my options and really helped me understand the issue. The quote was the cheapest I could find in the surrounding area AND he offered the best parts possible. As a woman, finding auto help can be daunting but I felt understood, respected and taken care of here. I will definitely be back for all future auto issues :)

I was getting ready to go out of town when I decided to check my oil. The hood latch on my Prius did not work. It was early Saturday afternoon so not a lot of options. I found L and T Auto, called and was told I could come on in. The previous place I had dropped by told me it was the cable and they could not fix it until the middle of the following week. L and T seemed to know just what to do and asked me to pull the lever while they played with the hood and latch for the front. Two minutes later it opened showing a broken spring, not a cable. I went home, installed a new spring and my journey was saved. The service and disposition of the owner, Johnny?, was amazing and honest. I would most definitely go again any time. Thanks again!

Solid place to get your car fixed. Johnny is a stand up guy does what he tells you he is going to do. If you need a mechanic try L&T first you can’t go wrong.
