Where do I start???... Well, I will start at the TOP by saying Thank GOD for staff and crew of this business... after using 3 different mechanics/auto repair shops for a/c repair work for a 2009 Buick Enclave, including full replacement of the major components of AC system, only to have the repair fail a year later... I was advised by a Firestone mechanic to take it to Level -1, for when they can't figure it out... THAT'S WHO THEY USE!... Enough Said... it took them about 3 weeks to "figure it out and fix it", but Bless GOD they did it with a resolve, knowledge, and skill that now has the cool air freezing the whole car!!!... And all the while keeping me updated and to boot it all up the price to fix it was a Very fair price of 2200$...parts, repair and a 2 year/24000 miles warranty...I know it is a lengthy review, but I will sum it up with this... THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING...I AM A WITNESS!!!😊😊😊 Here I am a 2nd time for the SAME REASON...I COULD HARDLY WAIT TO GET TO MY COMPUTER...AND BLOWWW UPPP...L1 AGAIN...1ST---THANK GOD FOR RAISING UP AN AUTO REPAIR FACILITY THAT HAS---STRONG INTEGRITY---AND THEY STAND BY THEIR WORK...HANDS DOWN OR UP!!! I BROUGHT THE 2009 BUICK ENCLAVE IN AGAIN FOR AC REPAIR, AND DUE TO THEIR WARRANTY, THEY FIXED IT UP , BLOWING COLD AGAIN DUE TO A BAD COMPRESSOR...THEY ALSO DID AN OIL CHANGE AND FIXED AN ENGINE MISS FIRE ON ONE OF THE CYLINDERS...WELL I HAD TO BRING THE CAR BACK A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER DUE TO AN OVERHEATING ISSUE...THESE GUYS DISCOVERED THERE WAS A CRACK IN THE HOSE ASSEMBLY THAT FIRESTONE HAD REPLACED LAST YEAR...AND BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT THAT THERE WAS A POSSIBILITY THAT THEY COULD HAVE CAUSED THE CRACK, THEY WENT AHEAD AND REPLACED THE HOSE ASSEMBLY AT NO---0---NADA---COST TO ME!!! ...WHY... 2ND...THEY WAST TO PLEASE THEIR CUSTOMERS... BUT AS A REPEAT CUSTOMER...AND A GUY WHO KNOWS ABOUT AUTO REPAIR WORK...(they could have easily hid this!!!) THEY HAVE STRONG INTEGRITY...THAT'S SADLY ABSENT IN ALL LEVELS OF AUTO SALES AND REPAIR!!! THAT WHY WHY YOU CAN TRUST L1...BECAUSE... THEY ARE A LEVEL 1 INTEGRITY BUSINESS... I PRAY THAT GOD WILL BLESS YOU AND ALL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY FOR HONORING THE LORD IN THEIR WORK!!!

I have listened to and watched Keith for a long time and now one of his latest videos has other auto technicians and shop owners giving him some of the highest praise. We have used L1 many times for flashing TCMs after transmission replacements and they make it easy every time. You can hire these folks with confidence!

Top tier diagnostic shop!! After two years and 5 other shops we finally found the best the Tulsa area has to offer! Two weeks after we dropped the truck off they had it ready to get back to work! They communicated with us every step of the way, ensuring there were no surprises, and put together a detailed report at the end documenting the process, desired parameters, and data logged from the truck. They are truly top tier, thorough, professionals.

I had this company come out to my business and replace a ECM. they sent a guy to my business that did not know what he was doing. He did not program the ECM then they charged me $185 for nothing. I got a different company to come out and they had it fixed within 10 minutes of being there called and talk to a lady name Liz and got the runaround. I will never use this business ever again I would suggest nobody to use this place horrible business.

Stay Away from this business Was referred by Nrstf Vehicle Security Followed Instructions to the last letter and at the end he ask for two keys and told us that we would have to pay him to finish his work this cost us 175.00 in fees (stay away )

After 2 years of car trouble- expensive hell with 5 different local auto repair shops and 2 Honda Dealers attempting to fix my 2000 Honda Accord --they all failed. Several caused more harm! Very, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable shop. I will forever be coming here for my harder to diag issues with all of my vehicles, these guys REALLY know their stuff! They are also more than happy and willing to help explain the issues so you can have a better understanding of your vehicle and what, exactly, is wrong with it, or needs to be done with it. I'm very pleased with my experience at this shop.

Fast and Fair. They did what I asked which was to clear codes that were making my transmission operate poorly, RPMs were abnormally high, fixed that issue. Took only about 4 minutes tops and didn't charge me for them clearing the codes. Overall I had a pleasant experience with them, would recommend to anyone with car computer problems. The man who did the service for me is a good listener and is down to earth as well, would recommend asking for him.
