I have the worst luck with mechanics for the most part. I almost always get taken advantage of, but Jorge and his crew at LA Auto took amazing care of my Chevy Blazer when my thermostat and a couple other things went out! They were super professional and broke it down in a way I could understand! They were fast and efficient and were able to finish the work in 4 hours! I highly recommend them!!!

Very nice and super fast service. 13 mins from the time I handed them my keys until the time I got them back with a completed oil change. I think it’s a family business and they treat customers like family too.

Walked in and was greeted very nice atmosphere. Went In For brakes and rotor change and was taken care of . They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend. Will return for t Future repairs.

We came to this place because I needed my headlamp bulbs put in and then I asked if they could check my AC because it was about to be HOT in NV. They ordered the parts it was done the next day and it is nice and ice cold!!!! I am a happy camper. The next thing I will need to do is the check Engine light code P059F Active Grille Shutter which needs to be repaired or replaced so I can pass smog in December. Thank you from our family to yours! We will be back in November. Annie and Rose our 2016 Nissan Altima and 2008 Hyundai Sonata.

Can't say enough about this family run business. The service, the price everything was exceptional!!! Went in for oil change also got the brakes done they also checked my rear rotors and brakes went above and beyond very friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely be returning to get my car serviced.

I have been in Las vegas for 10 years, and it has been hard to find a good mechanic. RICKY was very helpful he was honest and fair. The pricing was very reasonable, and they were quick. My car is running great, and I will definitely be returning. I finally found a good mechanic and will be referring everyone.

I needed my front brakes replaced and was able to not only get it first thing on a Saturday morning but all the work was done within 2 hours. The brakes are working great. They showed me pictures of how my old brakes looked and pictures once the new ones were installed. The pricing was very reasonable and everything was explained in detail. I highly recommend them!

Not the best experience. I visited because they had a groupon for brake and rotor resurfacing. Idk how long I was there but I was able to take a nap. Brakes started squeaking badly again within a cpl days. I called and set another appointment (which was kinda a hassle cause I live quite a ways from the location). Second visit I was told, “We told you, you need new rotors so whatever’s brakes we put on will squeak”. I am fairly knowledgeable about auto repairs and I keep note of what repairs are recommended next. I was NEVER told that I needed new rotors during my last visit Also during second visit they couldn’t even find my “brake warranty” so I had to go thru my credit card transactions to prove I had my brakes done there. I need a reliable, honest car repair shop. I did not feel those things here. I would up having the brakes and rotors swapped out elsewhere.

We had service done on our 2010 Nissan Murano and it was a horrible experience. The customer service here was terrible. The alternator was replaced and they did not install this correctly! As a result we were left stranded and had to pay a towing company on top of their $600 bill. Do not go to this shop unless you want to be treated unfairly and pay a ridiculous amount of money! Hicimos servicio en nuestro Nissan Murano 2010 y fue una experiencia horrible. El servicio al cliente aquí fue terrible. ¡El alternador fue reemplazado y no lo instalaron correctamente! Como resultado, nos quedamos varados y tuvimos que pagarle a una compañía de remolque además de su factura de $600. ¡No vayas a esta tienda a menos que quieras que te traten injustamente y pagar una cantidad ridícula de dinero! -Oswaldo Ortez

How refreshing it was to find an honest family owned business. I came in with a rattle in my 2020 Audi Q3 door that a previous mechanic could not find nor fix. Within 20 mins Jorge and his son Edgar located the rattle and fixed it without charging me since it was quite an easy fix. I’ve found my new shop for auto work.
