These folks are the best mechanics I have ever used! Sergio was very thorough in explaining things without treating you like your stupid (like some mechanics treat women) and all of the others staff were super friendly and courteous. Most of all, these guys will not rip you off – super honest and fair. Thanks LA Auto Center!

I went here bc my catalytic converter was stolen off my Prius… I was in financial trouble and they provided a flexible easy application loan with 100 days interest free and nothing down… he even fixed the wiring to my headlights and turn signals at no extra charge. Thank you LA Auto Center.

Israel and the other service/parts/front desk reps that I talked to were so professional, kind, communicative and informative. My Honda was towed there and as a trusted AAA-recognized partner, I knew I was in good hands. I really appreciate how straightforward everyone was at LA Auto Center. I ended up moving my vehicle to a Honda Dealership due to a nationwide recall affecting the repairs, but the team at LAC were the best while I figured everything out!

Israel is the dude!!! Great guy, super friendly and doesn’t recommend a service when you don’t need one. I went to get an inspection done on my car before I was going for a cross-country road trip. He took out time from his schedule to do a quick inspection of my car and the best part didn’t even ask for any money since my car was in a very good condition. He basically did an inspection for free, taught me about how to check wear and tear and just asked to leave an honest review. Love their service.

This place is a great shop! Israel provided me with excellent customer service and took great care of the car. He also provided me with an estimate of the damages I had to my car efficiently and gave me updates along the way. Definitely would recommend this place!

Amazing company!!! I absolutely love Sunny and Naija! They have welcomed me with opened arm's and have definitely worked their miracles to get me into my nice car when I thought I was down on my luck. Extremely sweet people that works really hard to satisfy their customer needs. Also, treated myself and daughter like family. Their level of patience and work ethic is unmatched. I would definitely recommend to any and everyone to go to them. Such beautiful people. Thank you so much guys 🤗🤗🤗

Sergio is the best mechanic and customer service guy. I moved from MD to LA thinking that probably never find a trustworthy mechanic place. Then my old car got broken, I had difficulty in paying the invoice and he was so patient and generous. Sergio, now I do have a place to go and peace of mind. I actually bought my 98 Toyota camry after my last break down via AAA and been getting the maintenance done with them ever since. They don't over charge and quick work. Honest mechanics and I appreciate the work.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! They messed up my car with an oil change that costed almost $300, then my car constantly has light on saying there’s not enough oil and please stop driving. Went back once already and still didn’t fix it, the light keeps coming off. Called them, extremely rude response. I then went to another place to get it filled up for $10, all problem went away. This place is a SCAM, I paid almost $300, JUST GIVE ME ENOUGH OIL. Please don’t come here.

Honest and straightforward!!! I came here for a second option after Toyota dealership recommended expensive maintenance services. Talked about it with front desk and got great advice that helped me avoid paying Toyota for unnecessary $$$ service. Thank you so much!!! Will be back when I do need to assistance with my car.

Coming here for years customer service is great they will listen to what you have to say opposed to telling you what they want to sell you. You can't ask for better than that. I highly recommend L.A Auto Center. Plus the discounts help AAA approved is the way to go. I highly recommend LA Auto Center I've been coming here for about 20 years. ☆☆☆☆☆experience everytime!!! .

LA Auto Center helped me at the last minute before the shop closed. Sergio was able to get me the part I needed and had me driving off the lot with no time wasted. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a body shop!!!!

Came here for an oil change and they said the front struts need to be replace. Ok they do have 80k miles on them. I brought in my van and it was a complete screw up. After talking with the manager I give them another try. This time they actually get everything done and keep me informed. The manager is awesome, I would have given them 5 stars if I didn't have to waste the day to begin with.

As an autistic woman, I was met with respect, competence, and kindness. This is without a doubt the best mechanic in LA! I have an older van (my baby Delilah VanGo) that frequently needs work. Other mechanics I’ve gone to are awful at both customer service and repair. This place is very professional, and completely welcoming as a woman. Best customer service ever from a mechanic!!

Have been here a couple times in the last year, servicing my 2008 Nissan Xterra. I found them through AAA for a summer inspection which was done by them completely free and easily. Sergio is always very helpful and communicative. He seeks to educate each customer and make sure they understand what is wrong. LA Auto Center does not try to upsell anyone and seeks to have transparency. I always appreciate that in a shop like this. They have a decent waiting room (wifi is slow but functional) and it's located just outside of DTLA, not too hard to get to.

Having just gone through the process of reading reviews & trying to find a trustworthy repair shop, I wanted to write my own to hopefully help others. This place is awesome, after meeting Sergio and the team, I would never take my car somewhere else. These guys are friendly, honest and are genuinely looking to help get your car fixed and build a long-term relationship, rather than trying to make the most money off you. I wasn't even charged for the repair this time because after analysis and diagnostics, it just turned out to be some loose brackets on my battery from a DIY replacement I did. I'm so happy I found this place so don't hesitate to take your car here, you won't be disappointed.

Quite pleased with the service here! They honor the AAA discount, have a comfy waiting area, and easy to access location. Sergio answered my questions, let me know about each needed fix before starting work, and kept me informed. I will continue to bring my car here for general maintenance (I’ve yet to need their services for something like collision damage). Their prices are reasonable and attention to details outperforms that of a dealership.

This is a excellent place to shop for a car my credit is not that good but I had a good down payment a lot of places turned me down but La Auto center worked with my credit and got me approved now I am able to take my kids to school and take my mom to her doctor appointments. Thank you thank you thank you for my mini van I am truly grateful.
