If I could give them a negative score I would!!! I called and spoke to a woman that answered the phone and said they closed in 45 mins for emissions testing and when I arrived 7 mins later they didn't answer the phone and pretended to be closed. Maybe because I was a black woman they didn't want my services!!! Horrible customer service!!! I wouldn't recommend them or there services never!!!! If they were closed she couldn't explained that on the phone, my reason for calling.

Scam and inexperienced! Took my car there and first they broke something and charged me for it, they said they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it they tried charging me for various things that was not actually wrong with my car to make money including a new computer that was going to be thousands of dollars and an outside mechanic went to look and told me to get a new mechanic because what they were saying was not true and once we told them that then suddenly it was not the computer and only an inexpensive valve. Do not recommend at all!

Recibí un buen trato, para el cambio de unos baleros se tomó un día pero me aceptaron mi carro sin cita y considero que el precio fue razonable. En general tuve un buen servicio, espero no tener que regresar pronto por el bienestar de mi auto pero sin duda, para alguna otra reparación regresaría a este lugar.

Very kind and friendly. Helped me right away before closing on the same day of me calling and needing help. I had a flat tire and they plugged it and they saved me from having to fork out $1,100 before I had to. They also were fairly priced. I would recommend them to anyone

I’m a returning customer and will keep coming back to the best, friendliest, and reasonably-priced auto repair place I've found in several trips in over 30+ US states. The only bad thing is not having a place like this anywhere I go! Mr. Julio and his team are extremely knowledgeable, do repairs at a very reasonable time and the pricing is unbeatable. Julio is always a very welcoming and efficient mechanic in Bay View, Milwaukee. His pricing is cheap and he is very honest about the work done. Highly recommended!! He has been my mechanic for years.

Nice people. Not the typical comforts of getting work done at a dealership or some other places, but prices much more reasonable. Went out of their way to help my wife when she needed it. Will go back for miscellaneous repairs.
