Did multiple jobs at this location initially and saw some good mechanics. Last time I had an AC service done here and they messed up my hood latch so that it would no longer open. The AC hi/lo port covers were missing afterwards. The AC only worked for a few weeks before it pooped out. When I went to talk to the owner however she refused to take any responsibility for messing up the car. Can not work with people not worth of my trust. Also had items stolen from another car serviced at this location including a wrench/socket set I use to disconnect the battery cable in a pinch, possibly life and death situation. There was another incidence involving a 2004 Volvo XC70. I had some oil leak around the engine so I paid them to replace a lot of seals. They told me they had to open the timing belt assembly to replace some of the seals. So I provided them with a timing belt kit with a water pump and requested that everything be replaced and that I could pay them according to the amount of work done. They gave the new pump back to me before I paid and took the car back saying that the old pump was better than the new one. I was charged around $750 for the work without the water pump replacement. The issue was that about 7 months later the old water pump failed and overheated the engine. As you can see, either they had poor judgement or they didn't want to do the water pump work which I agreed to pay for. Consequently it cost me several hundred dollars more a couple months later necessitating opening up the time belt assembly again plus the headache of dealing with coolant leak and an overheated engine. But then of course, this place never admits to any wrong doing when you check the owner's response.

No ACCOUNTABILITY! No RESPONSIBILITY! Save your TIME and MONEY! I got my car back with a dead battery and all the lights on the dashboard on. When asked about it I was told “Not My Problem” very unprofessional.

I was working Construction in the adjacent lot and my car cut out on me. I walked over to ask for help and they were nice enough to diagnose a fuel pump gone bad right away. Very reasonably priced fix and had my car back on the road the next evening. Thank you La Familia!

The people that work there don't know what they're doing all they did was take my money and didn't fix my vehicle on top of that they didn't provide me with a receipt. They did other work to my car without even calling to ask if I agreed with what they wanted to do to my car.

These people will treat you good, they got me right in when my car started giving me problems on my way too work , Great service, Very reasonable, and Fast .I would recommend this place to any one having trouble with there car ,please give them a try !!!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH BETTER THAN GLEN BURNIE SHOP THEY ARE FAST POLITE OPEN ON TIME AND THE MANAGER IS GREAT AND ON THE JOB SITE, PRICES ARE GREAT REPAIRS ARE ALWAYS THE RIGHT THING NOT JUST PART SWAPPING.
