Where’s the zero stars at? I made the mistake of not looking at my wheels before leaving and that was my own fault for having trust in a shop that should have been professional anyway. When I finally drove my vehicle again, I noticed something on the back passenger wheel. I thought it had been dirty so I went to wipe it but it was a dent that had been scraped as well. We called the shop and spoke to Mina, who was our sales person, and told her about it. The first thing she said was that I must’ve hit a curb and that warranty probably wouldn’t cover it. We tried explaining that I didn’t and the location of where it was and how it felt like a dent was odd and all she said was all she could do was put in a claim for us. We waited a few days, didn’t hear anything back so we decided to go through Fuel directly and they told us this shop has had multiple complaints about the same thing and that she never submitted a claim for us. I finally called her and spoke to her myself because hearing that she didn’t even put in a claim for us upset me. I told her that I couldn’t believe that she didn’t have the decency to put in a claim for us when I paid them so much money. She said that the workers there are professional and are very careful and that they took pictures of each wheel with the tires and on my truck before we left which I asked for but it’s been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive those pictures. She then said to take it back in and they’ll see if they can do something about it but I live 6 hours away which she knew. Lol. Like I’m not taking my truck all the way back just to not be helped again when you’re already doing the bare minimum now by not even putting in a claim which was so simple to do. I took my truck in to get balanced at my trusted tire place because it felt like a roller coaster ride after leaving La Hefa and I showed them and asked what they thought and all of them said that it was 100% on them and it looks like they must have dropped an impact drill or something on it. I understand accidents happen but at least take accountability especially if you’re dealing with that amount of someone’s money. I paid $1900 for the wheels alone. That’s close to $500 for just one! This review would have been different if I had been helped correctly. I suggest looking into a better shop to spend your money at.

No lo recomiendo tuve una muy mala experiencia con ellos me pusieron unos rines que no le quedaban a mi troca y la solución que me dieron fue cortarle de la parte de atrás para que según no pegara la llanta al dar la vuelta y después fui a que me los cambiaran y siguió lo mismo los tuve que agarrar así y pagarlos porque si yo los regresaba que ya no los quería no los aceptaban y me pidieron dinero de más muy mal servicio con la dueña muy grocesa cuando hablamos con ella para una solución no se prestó para nada y dijo aganle como quieran 👎👎👎

Had my vehicle break down on my evening drive home from work and had to push it into the new Indian School location parking lot. I was very courteous and communicated I would come back in the morning, and try to remedy the issue myself or have it towed. The following morning I was unable to fix the issue so I called a tow. During my hour and a half wait for a tow I was approached 3 separate times with scowls and asked when my car would be moved because it was a bother to the owner that it had sat there. I communicated courteously I was waiting on a tow, and then asked again how long because the “owner” didn’t want my car in the lot any more. My car was not in the way or interfering with their business in any way and was safely parked where a customer would be. As a Business Owner myself, and Mexican-American Military Veteran I had planned to pay it forward by giving them my business as I was already in the market for an alignment/tire shop, but after being treated like an inconvenience I will not be. This new location is located in the heart of central Phoenix and has all 4 corners covered in panhandling communities, and I had concerns my car would be on bricks when I came back in the morning. If you’re not a Spanish speaker I’d also advise avoiding this location. When I spoke with a technician for help, he didn’t speak English, grabbed a front lady to translate, and then she proceeded to translate me asking for a funnel into a lampera or light. Their entrance is also so steep, I would not advise getting an alignment here unless you drive a lifted vehicle. Unless you break down on the i17 and have no other choice, I would not recommend this place.

Way over priced. $65 to swap out and balance my tire. Discount tire charged me $60 to balance the whole vehicle. The work itself was normal. Normal rate for tire places around for the same work ranges from $20 to $30 I was already there and short on time so I ened up paying yes.

Really satisfied with this tire shop, got myself a set of new rims and tired and didn’t take then long at all to get it done! The mechanics are very good, the lady up front is really nice and provided me with the best customer service I ever received! Very polite and definitely recommend!

Got tires and alainment great shops and awesome customer service i accidentally gave them the wrong tire size and they made it right all shops that do the same as this place should look at this place cause that's how it's done!

Compré llantas en septiembre y tuve problemas con la luz de presión de aire. Ponché a dos y uno se rompió por completo. No tenía forma de mover el auto, así que me culparon de cómo quedaron las llantas cuando lo tuvieron que llevar en una grúa. Siempre que voy a agarrar servicio todos ahí actúan muy amablemente pero en cuanto pasa algo no quieren responder a la situación y la anciana adentro es muy grosera y luego se enoja cuando me habla y agarra mi recibo con una actitud. No son nada profesionales. Cuando las compré tenía garantía pero no me quisieron dar mis llantas. I bought tires in September and I had problems with the air pressure light. I got two flats but one broke completely. I had no way to move the car so they blamed me on how the tires turned out when it had to get taken away in a tow truck. Whenever I go buy everyone acts very friendly but as soon as something happens they don't want to respond to the situation and the old woman inside is very rude and then later she gets all rude when she's talking to me and grabbing the receipt from me with an attitude. They are not professional at all. When I bought them I had a warranty but they did not want to give me my tires.

So much worse business reputation , once confirm wheels order, cargo spend 5 hours delivery but arrived warehouse, they cancel order , it make everyone angry like playing game ! Do not trust this shop !

Took our truck to get our tires changed and after the fact two of my glasses (Cartier /Versace) that were in the truck went missing those glasses were left there we called and asked and they denied it. This shouldn’t have happened be aware or your belongings they may be stolen as well.

At first I thought they ment well but I constantly keep coming back for my tire pressure sensor. The lady acts like she means well but everyone else only speaks Spanish, it's a communication barrier. Every place I take my truck they say there's no sensor's and when I take my truck back they say they fix it but still the sensors keep going off. I got approved for over 3,500 for rims, tires and a left kit but they still ruined my sensors and cross threaded the fake chrome cap to my rims. This place is not worth it financially if you go through snap. AlWAYS read the reviews before taking a financial loan on this -10 star tire shop...the alignment still off and wheel balance.

Staff is always very helpful and courteous. Store always has what I need and if they don't they get it within the hour. Great tire and wheels shop!
