WORST TIRE SHOP IN AZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i stopped by to have a valve stem replaced and just to have another tire dipped under water to see if there was any leaks The first tire that they replaced the valve stem on wouldn’t hold air anymore. It was leaking air all around the rim after they Installed the valve stem but it wasn’t like that before!! The second tire that I just had them dip and water they charged me $15 for!!!!!!!!!!!!! It didnt even have any leaks!!!!Which is just ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!! if you’re going to charge somebody $15 just to check for leaks they should say that upfront it wasn’t even like I had these tires on the car. I brought them in the back of my pick up. Very shady people here will never return.!!!!!!!

Yesterday, I purchased two tires full price of course and return today for the installation of the tires. When I went back to the shop, one of the mechanics was determined to charge me an additional fee (demanding cash) just to put my tires on. Customer Service was horrible. Extremely questionable. They charged me an additional $20. without my permission without disclosing before hand. If you want to go to a reputable tire shop make sure you DO NOT stop at Roxxy. The mechanic was argumentative and demanding cash. I also asked for a receipt that had nothing on it. They didn’t even know what a torque wrench was to torque the wheels nor, did they have one. They are unethical. I wish there was an option to return the tires just like fire, stone, commercial style! I try to support local businesses. This is one I will never return to, and never recommend their business. Simply put, definitely not worth it!!

Very bad service, they give you a price for the tires and then they change the price, with very rude and despotic treatment. Muy mal servicio, te dan precio de las llantas y luego te cambian el precio, con un trato muy grosero y despótico.

Not recommended they take for ever just to install a patch and if another car gets there they leave you waiting to start the other car and you can't leave cause the tire is off already .I been here 45 min already and they're not done yet ,1 hrs just for a patch

La Roxxy did such a solid and quick job after our family experienced an unexpected tire puncture. They were quick with tire decisions and prioritized our small matter versus others that may have taken more time. Would absolutely go back for anything our family needs.

Came by recently and got a used tire after i got it i noticed my hub cab was chipped. Very upset about this! Your guys need to be more professional and be considerate for peoples wheels and hub caps when putting on tires. Also look into to taking more payment options than just cash. And wasn’t given any reciept

Avoid this place, their mechanic don’t work on cars properly, they destroyed my abs and the mechanic told me that i have to pay to fix it, i bought 2 sensors for over 100 dollars and didn’t work, then i bring my car to another shop and they told me that they did a horrible job replacing my bearings so i had to pay another 320 dollars extra to have my car running again.. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

HORRRRRRIBLE SERVICE. The owner is so disrespectful and distasteful. The staff is unprofessional and extremely rude. We went to get our tires changed and they did not secure one of the tires. As we were driving off one of the front tires came off because the bolts weren’t tightened. THE BOLTS WERENT TIGHTENED AT A TIRE SHOP. We went back and refused to replace the tire or offer a replacement tire. They’re the worst experience we’ve ever had in any other business. Do not recommend

Had a blade in my sisters tire. Odd place for it to be. And only shop I found open close to me. Guys there were great. They were quick to make the repair and get me on my way. Thanks for the great service.

I called to ask if they were actually open 24 hours and the guy who answered smacked his lips and hung up. Sounds like he was in bed so I think the “business” phone is actually his cellphone. People are hungry for money (open 24 hours) but don’t wanna get up and make it.

Lleve alinear mi carro y por cuestiones de tiempo lo lleve aqui. Una perdida de dinero. La alineación quedo a medias. hacen la alineación manual y no explican eso. Y para los que no sepan una alineación manual no queda bien al 100%. Al decir que no esta bien hecho que trabajo no hicieron nada para corregirlo solo dicen que haci quedo bien. El carro básicamente quedo igual. Tienen que especificar bien los servicios que ofrecen. Tampoco tienen buen servicio al cliente.

No se como llantera como sea el servicio, pero como taller mecanico, es pésimo, lleve mi carro a cambio de baleros e inmediatamente me marco en el tablero falla en frenos abs y ademas no me marcaba kilometraje. El mecanico no se hizo responsable de esto y por supuesto no sabia cual había sido el problema, lo lleve a otro taller e inmediatamente me lo diagnosticaron con cero margen de error, resulta que el sr mecanico no supo poner bien uno de los baleros, y claro que no reconoció su gran error No vallan ahí, Yo les puedo recomendar el lugar donde me solucionaron el problema, muy profesionales, muy cumplidos y ahí sí te garantizan el trabajo que te hacen

These guys are a joke. They lied to me. They stole from me and now they are trying to commit Fraud. All while smiling at me laughing as they think it is funny to charge me to balance my tires but DID NOT balance them as there own worker straight-up told me the owner charged me and did not perform the services that I paid for telling me I would need to pay them 2x so a total of $60 to balance 2 tires. Scammers liars cheats.... I even put them on notice I was going to do this review and they laughed even more

They attended us quickly and had us back on the road with a new tire for a decent price. They also do mechanic services here. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to change a tire.
