I was extremely satisfied with their service. They were quick, professional and explained the goods and bads of plugging a tire that I needed plugged. They didn't try to overcharge me or anything was only $22.

Even though I asked on the phone, they said they would fix the wheel and then they wanted to sell me a new wheel by asking me for a lot of money.I definitely do not recommend it.

I went to get a tire here two weeks ago and they sold me a defective used tire. As soon as I drove the car it felt off. I finally went to another tire shop and they explained how the tire was no good and people are irresponsible and sells things like that. Please save yourself $76 and don’t get a used tire from here. Based off the other reviews, they are scammers. IF YOU ARE GOING TO SELL UNUSABLE TIRES AT LEAST LET PEOPLE KNOW AND LOWER THE COST. HAVE SOME DECENCY!!!

DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE Last week, I purchased a used tire since I was going on a work trip. About 1 hour into my drive, my cars low tire pressure came on. Thought it was odd, but stopped at a gas station to put air in the one I had just purchased. I left my car at a parking lot since I was given a company vehicle, and when I came back 4 days later, the tire was completely flat. I went to a local tire shop to check for nails, but the man found none. He said the tire was leaking and was probably sold that way. I called to ask if I could get a replacement, and they told me they have no warranty. The man on the phone said if I would have come the day after then, maybe they could help... maybe? From the looks at recent reviews, that doesn't seem likely. Also, the whole point of buying a tire is to be able to drive with it. Was I supposed to drive back with a leaking tire the next day for them to just deny that they've completely sold me a useless tire? I told him they sold me a tire that was already leaking, but he again talked about there being no warranty. I would completely avoid this tire shop altogether. Initially, I was really happy because the people who helped were nice, but it was a facade. The tire was about $80. So I basically purchased a tire to only be able to drive it about 100 miles. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Do not come here. God awful service. Brought my car in twice when I lived near here and the first time I bought two tires and asked them to rotate them. When I picked up my car they said they rotated them but I could literally see that they hadn’t, so I had to wait longer for them to do it. Second time I came in, I waited over 20 mins to be acknowledged just to be told I needed to talk to someone in another part of the garage. They misdiagnosed my problem and said it would cost a couple hundred to fix. I took it somewhere else and the problem ended up being that they didn’t balance the tires they installed, which was causing a vibration while driving. I moved away and I’m still pissed when I think about them. I don’t know how they ever got any good reviews.

Wow, I really regret not reading the reviews before visiting LA Tire & Auto Service today. Just like others have mentioned, the shop seems to take advantage of women. I stopped by to get a tire patched, but the moment I took the tire out of my trunk, the guy insisted I needed a new one. When I questioned him, he said he'd recheck it and took it to the back. Five minutes later, he returned saying the tire was unusable. I then took it to Pro Tire just two blocks away, where they patched it up and put it back on for just $20. The lesson here is to steer clear of LA Tire & Auto Service and always get a second opinion.

Always rude and somewhat arrogant! Its impossible to have a decent talk with these guys. They are over charging and when I ask why it's higher than other surrounding shop his response 'because that's how much we sell them for' with attitude and little shoulder lifting.

I came in with a screw in one tire and another piece of metal in another tire. They removed the metal and told me it wasn't leaking. They plugged the other tire. They were fast, honest, not pushy, and were the best price I could find nearby.

Beware!!!! The mechanics at the auto shop are scammers. This is a business that try to scam people to make money. The reviews about shady mechanics are true. As far as the tire shop I’ve had no problem. Far too often these businesses will try to respond with false narratives to counter the negative comments. This also must be done to save faces. Stay away from the auto shop but the tire shop is fair.

Horrible Experience - Taking Advantage of Young Women I am writing this review to express my absolute disgust with LA Tire Shop for taking advantage of my dear friend. Not only did they overcharge her, but I also have videos showing their shady behavior. Here's what happened: My friend came in with a mild flat tire that could have been easily patched, they said her rim was bent and un-savable and needed to send it in. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they took her tire to a back room and punctured it, then claimed she needed an expensive rim repair. We reached out to three other shops, and all of them said that the rim could be hammered back into shape without any major costs. But LA Tire Shop seemed determined to exploit the situation, especially because my friend is young and unaware of such scams. It's sickening to think that they target young girls, knowing they might not question their tactics. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're a young woman or someone who isn't experienced with car repairs. This kind of predatory behavior is unacceptable, and I hope others read this and avoid LA tire shop at all costs. They don't deserve anyone's business if they continue to operate in such a deceitful and unethical way. Ps: look at the photo of the back room. They got mad when I tried to watch and said they need privacy in the back room.

If I could leave a no star review I would. These men that work here clearly tried to take advantage of my friend and I when I came in with a flat tire. They said it would cost $160 for them to fix my rim because it was “too bent” and popping my tire which was in fact false. My tire needed to be replaced and they were trying to get more money out of me, saying my rim was too bent. So they put a new tire with my rim and sprayed it with soap for me to see it was slightly releasing air. Then I thought okay I can come back tomorrow Monday so they can fix the bent rim which they said was $160 to fix I will add a photo. The guy goes to the back room comes back to put the NEW tire on an I hear a loud HISSING noise of air leaving the tire I said no stop you guys clearly pierced the tire. I called a tire shop near by and sent the photo of the slight bend on the rim and they said no they are maliciously trying to take advantage of you that is not making your tired flat. This place then charged me $40 to put my spare tire on. I went to the other tire shop and they took care of me and said my rim was fine.

They don’t speak proper English, so they don’t get what you want, they laugh at you and being extremely racist and rude. Plus they couldn’t even fix the tire properly. Zero stars.

Tire shop in LA. Needed to patch a tire on my way to work. Very straight forward, and easy. $35 catch, $40 credti card. The patch work was quick and simple.

yesterday i went to there because one of my car tyre was loosing the air but very slowly when i went they told me it cannot be fixed either get new for 125$ or get used one for 71$ i got used next day it got flat i went back they told me your tire has problem would u like to put new tires just after one day they did this to me i took my car somewhere else please never buy or fix tyre from them.

DO NOT COME i made the mistake of not calling ahead of time and ask how much it cost to Plug a tire he wanted to charge me $30 for a plug claimed this type of tire is $30. Instantly said thank you and drove off 150ft to Pro Tire they was super friendly and told me the price was no more than $15 and they got it done in 5min

Watch out. I bought two used tires two weeks ago. They immediately went flat. I went back to the shop and they pointed out that in the fine print it said that there is no warranty on used tires so they would check them out, but charge me for any repairs needed. I decided to go somewhere else to get them fixed.

Don’t trust this place they will put sell you bad tires and once you drive off they will claim no warranty very shady manager there is a better tire shop just couple of businesses down from here

Excellent service! I recently had a flat tire that needs replacement. The front guy (sorry, forgot his name) gave me 2 options right away. He quoted me new tire or semi used tire like what I have for cheaper price. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They do accept cash or credit cards.

Greedy scums exploiting my elderly mom. $30 to patch a tire for a nail then add 5 bucks for debit or credit?! Go next door and don't support these scammers. Usually they're hard workers so I like to support them, but not these guys. Go next door to Protire for almost half the price
