I went to Firestone and then Pepboys to have the screw on my tire removed and have it patched or plugged and both places refused to do it for me (one says they don’t do plugs and the other was just plane old mean). So I came to LA Tires and I didn’t have to wait in line and they immediately took care of my tire plus put air on the rest of the tires. Very cool approachable guys and not mean at all.

They saw my car, saw that it was a Cadillac Escalade and for one little thing they did the work. They asked for such a lot of money that it was disgraceful. They just had to remove one nail from the tire. I because of this they asked for 75 dollars.

I visited this place several times, and I hadn't had any problems until the last one, in which one of the men who checked my tires disrespected me in a very ugly way. They should give them a lecture on how to treat customers. He was vulgar, and it's also harassment.

Purchased 2 used tires..a few days later one of the tires went flat it had a bubble and wouldn't stay inflated..I went back to get that tire changed since it was obviously faulty (one a few days) and purchase 2 other tires..I was told they would not change the faulty tire provide a few days prior..I had to purchase another one...so I left and went to their competition nearby..why would I buy 2 other tires if they are going to be faulty after 2 days and have to keep buying more faulty tires every few days! They saved a dollar and lost 200$

Came in late with a puncture in one of my sidewalls and had to get both back tires replaced. They brought out a tire that was close but not quite right, the second time they found a similar used tire and replaced both quickly. Was in and out in under 20 minutes. Hung out with a cat too, thank you!

LA Tires Auto & Body Shop did an AMAZING job on my 2014 BMW 750I. My driver’s headlight had been out for a couple months and I couldn’t find anyone/anywhere for it to be replaced. I called this shop and they immediately serviced me fairly quickly and with EXCELLENT pricing!! I was able to drive off the lot exuberantly and blessed to have that issue fixed. 10/10!! Thank you all 🙏🏾

These guys are great! My husband has brought all of our cars here multiple times and they really take care of you. They don’t nickel and dime you or try to upsell you. They’re straight to the point and everything is at a reasonable price point. I came once not know what the issue was with a noise from my tire in my car and they took a look and told me what the issue was FOR FREE and recommended I go to the dealer as they should cover it under warranty. Well keep coming back here for tire needs!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at LA tires and body shop. I brought my car in for some routine tire work, and they ended up doing an awful job on the mechanic work. The initial bill was $1900, which I paid, expecting a professional service. However, shortly after driving off, I encountered more issues with my car. When I returned to the shop, they demanded an additional $2000 to fix their mistakes. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I feel like I was scammed and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable shop . ALSO they messed with the wrong person. Soon this shop will be closed. Well wishes to anybody that goes here without reading reviews. YIKES! Jokes on yall! HAHA

I got a nail in my tire right before I had to drive on a 3 hour road trip. I came in at 8:30 am on a Sunday (they were also the only reputable place open) and Axel had my tire fixed in 20 minutes. He was super kind and really friendly. Definitely recommend coming here if you want to work with someone you can trust.

Show up, someone spoke with me right when I got out of my car. They told me the price immediately. They got to work 2 minutes later. Very impressed with the customer service, speed, and result. Highly recommend.

My wife hit a pothole on la cienega, destroyed a tire, she drove to this shop and they were super nice, didn't try to rip her off, got her back on the road within 20 min and even gave her the caltrans site that will reimburse you for a pothole tire damage due to the atmospheric river rain we been having. Overall a great ending to a bad event. Highly recommend this shop

Called this place as I had a slow tire leak and was in the neighborhood. Someone picked up the phone right away. Despite pouring rain from hurricane Hillary, these guys were out hustling, fixing flats! I was in and out in 30 minutes. I didn't even have to get out of my car except to pay and tip the guy for excellent service. Tire patch still seems to be holding. $30! Can't beat it!
